Braxton Hicks?? Normal??

Hi everyone. I know it is normal to experience some braxton hicks, even as early as 12 weeks...my doc also told me with twin pregnancies you may experience them more...but how much is too much. I have read a lot that say no more than 4 an hour. does this apply with twins? how often do you all get them. the past couple of nights i have noticed them at least 4 times in an hour. they are not sore and dont last more than a minute but just seem to happen A LOT. My doc is not back until tomorow , just thought i would get all your expertise input while waiting to call her!

I think I have had only 2 or 3 in total and I haven't had any for about a week. But they were pretty uncomfortable to the extent that I had to stop what I was doing. I did think they were really bad wind but when I read my books what they described was Braxton Hicks!!!!!!!!!!

TMI warning but my nipples have started leaking today though!!

i get them on and off most of the day, they've been quiet today but yesterday it was happning loads!! and also thru the night (for the first time) i wasnt worried though as i had no pain with it

With my 1st preg i got them quite frequent too but i was further on & yes sometimes it seemed i got them constantly throughout the day then some days i wouldn't get no where near as many.
I'm preg with my 2nd & didn't even know they could start so early until 3 days ago when they started! I was a little shocked but got used to the odd twinge now
