Just had a read through my TV mag and I don't think the dad knows until Heather phones him but Phil, Minty, Billy and Darren all get calls at the same time

Yeah I heard that too! Ooooo I didnt know Wellard was dead! I only started watching Eastenders again a few weeks back, decided that if I had to pay my TV license I was going to make use of the BBC somehow!!

Oh you are so lucky you didn't catch Wellards demise! There was East 17's 'Stay Another Day' playing in the background, crying children, reminising about the good times, everything possible to crack you. My DH got home from work an hour later to me still sobbing into a wine glass

I hate when animals die, even if its not real dying! that film Marley and Me had my other half in tears and i was devestated we had to turn that off near the end. Far to much

This is wreaking my head this story line! lol more than any of the others that ever happened.

I'm gonna go with Phil too - because of the impact it would have on Shirley and Heather's relationship. Shirley's been saying a lot recently how Heather has always been there for her, so naturally something has to crop up to spoil things!

They've set the scene this last episode for any of them:

Billy told Jay he wanted no more kids and said "I've got 3 already", maybe meaning Jay as his third as he thinks of him as a son, or maybe a clue?

Minty & his bird are playing happy families

Darren & Libby just got engaged

Phil & Shirley seem to be back on good terms & Shirley keeps going on about how important the baby is to her

The last 2 episodes have revolved around those characters after they showed the whipround, presumably to keep us guessing!
