Thanks for advice ladies - i got Boots own 'Mum to be Plus' which have Omega 3 which I was worried about as i am a vegetarian and don't eat fish. Mind you I should have looked in the box as they are quite big
I've done some research on Pre Natal vitamins, I've found a normal good quality womens vitamin has all the needed vitamins as pre natal ones, it even has a few extra. I take Swiss brand womens multi, aswell as my fish oil and EPO. the multi even has the same dose of Folic as my pre natals but at half the price
I take Superdrugs own brand 'Pregnancy Care' which is vitamins, minerals and folic acid. Checked with the doctors when I went originally to sy I was ttc and she gave it the go ahead.
Right now I'm taking Materna Prenatal vitamins. My doctor told me that one of those has everything that you need, and that you shouldn't take anything else extra on top of that.
Hope that helps.
