Book Review

I've just been reading reviews on a book called "The Fertility Diet" by by Jorge Chavarro, Walter C. Willett, and Patrick J. Skerrett.

Have any of you read it (particularly anyone who is currently PG)?

What other books can you recommend in relation to pregnancy that you have read or are reading?

I haven't read it, but I have heard about it from others. Sorry I can't be of much more use than that sweetie

I've bought the book and it arrived a couple of days ago.

It's already proving to be a valuable asset and reference book to my ttc journey. It has rave reviews on the internet and I can see why.

This is a book I will read again and again I am sure of it. It's packed with information and written by a very experienced and friendly writer with a wealth of medical knowledge and a fresh approach to conception. She makes the reader feel like anything is possible and gives great hope to those with complicated fertility problems, suggesting several alternative options to surgery and expensive treatments.

On the face of it, I would recommend it as great value for money and a book to be kept and referred to for years. Even one to lend your friends if and when you are successful yourself.
