What is Boots own? I am 3 or 4 days past due and first reponse is giving me BFN too.

It's a brand of test made by Boots. I know they work but I'm not sure how good they are

Don't use those!! They are awful. A very quick search on the internet will produce hundreds of webpages with stories of people who were 7 weeks pregnant and still not BFP on these cheapies!

I agree with whoever else said the CB digital is no good for early testing.
Predictor isn't always very good either, especially for early testing.

I've found the best and most sensitive are the original CB and the First Response.

I know this isn't a pregnancy test but as for ovulation tests I don't think you can get better than the CB digital if you can afford them each month because it tells you on the screen so you can't be mistaken rather than trying to judge whether the line is dark enough, which with some dodgy tests can be hard.

I don't recommend predictor. Years ago I got a false BFP with them. Had doctors do their send away urine tests and stuff too and they were all neg, the dots there was one in each window, but they didn't line up and stuff....though it said that it didn't matter - I did find them the easiest to wee on though!

This is what I use. Detected my pregnancy at 10 dpo.

AIMstick (I use the cheapy dip one, not the standard midstream one.)

BTW the "preseed" this company sells looks interesting too. It helps facilitate lubrication as well as provide fertile stuff for the sperm to motile about in

so life is good? I wanted to try that brand.

I used tesco own brand and got a BFN then tested with Clear Blue Digital and got my BFP. I guess everyone is different.
