pregnacare OR pregnacare plus?

im thinking about starting to take vitamins for pregnancy and i was going to take 'pregnacare' but now i dont know which ones.

are the pregnacare plus ones better than the origanal pregnacare?

how long should you take them for?

Yeah I reckon that'd be ok. If you wanna be sure, maybe ask your doctor/midwife
