pregnacare OR pregnacare plus?

im thinking about starting to take vitamins for pregnancy and i was going to take 'pregnacare' but now i dont know which ones.

are the pregnacare plus ones better than the origanal pregnacare?

how long should you take them for?

has any of you took them and do you recomend them.
