Green tea anyone?

Ok, been looking around online and I am trying to figure out if I should be drinking green tea to help fertility or not...getting very confused. Anyone have any ideas? Any experience?

And after I'm pregnant (fingers crossed for this cycle) is it still ok to drink green tea?

And does it matter if it's decaffeinated or caffeinated?

Thanks in advance!

Hi Dakini!

I'm not sure about improving fertility, but there is a certain amount of caffeine in green tea, so probably not suggested after conception. Try Roebus (red bush) tea. It has lots of anti-toxidants and is caffeine free. Also, Twinings does a really nice caffeine free Earl Gray.

I've tried and there's conflicting reports...apparently the antioxidants that are so good for you may not be good for babies...And as always, caffeine should be limited...just so confused...has anyone thought that it helped them become pg? I thought I'd read that in some thread or another...
