Review sounds positive, the docs sound happy with how you responded so that's good. Let's hope there is a happier outcome next time.

Hey don't worry about a couple of fags. I think you're allowed a moment to let your hair down a little between cycles.

Hi hun

Thanks for taking the time to pop into my journal. I don't know how I managed to miss yrs!

I have read through yr journey so far -- what a rollercoaster you have been through hunnie. I am so, so sorry that this last cycle didn't work. You are clearly a wonderful, self-less person. What a wonderful thing to do -- to donate your own eggs on yr first go. You are an inspiration to the rest of us!

I will be following yr journey from now on in. Wishing you all the luck in the world for your next attempt hun.

Just thought I'd post on here the changes I'm making for next cycle

1) Continuing drinking2 glasses of full fat milk

2) 1 full fat natuaral yoghurt

3) 1 glass pineaplle juice (not from concentrate) selinium ment to help implantation

4) 5 brazil nuts daily for same reason as above

5) Continuing eating healthy

6) between half an hour and 1 hour on cross trainer daily

7) Continue drinking at least 2 liter of Water daily

That sounds like a great plan of action hun. Is DH also doing anything special? I heard that Brazil Nuts are good for men as well -- helps with the spermies I think because of a high zinc level.
