Just had phone call bk all looking good from bloods so start antagonist along with FSH injections as of tomorrow.

How's the injections going?

They goin ok gitting bit sore, I feel pressure uncomfertable feeling in my stomach pretty much all the time and my moods can b over the place a bit at times but how much of that is injections and how much is just this rollarcoaster I honestly couldn't say! Back at the clinic at half 8 tomorrow morning for scan and more bloods so fingers crossed still al going to plan. I read ur diary Helen hunted it up and I can defo relate to alot of the things u said in it. Will b bk to update tomorrow.

Well went for scan and bloods again this morning, results as follows

Endometrium = 8.2

Right Ovary = 11, 10, 14, 9, 19, 12 & ++++

Left Ovary = 12, 15, 10, 15 & ++++++++

So now its 22 foliciles they want to mature them all so to continue injecting FSH & Antagonist every night along with taking Metiformin bk in 8.30am Mon morning for more blood / scan

Sounds like all is going well. Are they keeping their eye on you for OHSS?

Helen I think they must b but tbh I have bn slightly worried about that as pretty much constant now I feel alot of preasure on my abdomen and I'm very bloated can also be quite sore there not unbearably sore but is there, also occasionaly when I stand up I get a bit dizzy, but don't know if its normal to feel like this or not. Going to have word with them tomorrow and check all ok hope don't show anymore foliclle's and the ones I have are just maturing as feel bit like a battery hen . Jags are all going ok the antagonist I do is the one I hate doing it is always sore feels like bn stung by ldz wasps for while afterwards as my skin re acts but tends to calm down within half an hour to an hour. The meds I on are as follows.

Metiformin - take 500mg tab twice a day

FSH/ Menopur (Menotrophin BP) - 3 powders mixed with one diluent for injection daily

Antagonist/ Orgalutran (Ganirelix) - injection once a day

Wow, you're well into your cycle!!!

Glad to hear your follies are growing and everything is great, but as Helen said I hope they're being careful with OHSS.

Hi sorry I have not bn updating, I have bn trying but for some reason couldn't post..........? Anyway here's whats happened.

Went in on Monday and they were very happy with shape thickness etc of my endometrium results were

Endometrium: 9.5

Right Ovary: 29,13,18,19,14,17,15,17,15

Left Ovary:14,12,11,12,22,13,8,17,23,13,12,9,14

I was told to take my HCG at 7.30 that evening and go in Wed morning for egg collection at 7.30

Wednesday

Got to clinic was shown to our private room where got changed ready and taken threw don't remember much as was knocked out pretty quick but came to 20 min after bn taken bk threw to room due to pain in my stomach (well worth it tho!) They got 8 eggs altogther which means 4 each due to egg sharing one of my ones was bit squshy but they were going to try inject it anyway.

Thursday

Had to wait for them calling me to let me know if any had fertilised I was so nervous I woke up at 4am and couldn't get bk to sleep I kept watching my phone as if willing it th ring but when it did at 10.30 I was terrified to answer . Was good news 3 fertilised the squishy one never made it but didn't think it would! They told me to go in on Fri at 12 for embryo tranfer.

Friday

Didn't feel to nervous befor going in but when I got there my emotions were everywhere got shown to a room then the embryoligst came to talk to us explained the 2 embryos they were putting bk in 0ne of them was a Grade 1 20/20 the other was a Grade 2 15/20, Dh was aloud to come threw with me when they put them bk his way of trying to distract me was asking what as was making for dinner

Anyway outcome date is 31st so hoping all goes well.
