Hi been reading this for a while now and have finally plucked up courage to write my own. I'm 24 and my husband is 25 and we are currently TTC#1.

We have not told anyone that we are TTC and i'm finding this quite difficult as it's such an emotional rollercoaster. Therefore felt it was time begin this journal.

I've taken femulen (mini pill) for the past 7 years and stopped this in march. Was convinced we'd caught the first month but then along came the
only had 2 cycles since stopping, first of which was 35 days and 2nd 29. So have no idea when i'm due but am currently day on day 28 and i'm expecting the witch anytime as have had niggly back pain for past 24 hours.

The past two cycles i have obsessed over every twinge i've had, however no symptoms what so ever this month. not even sore boobs which have been a dead cert the past two cycles. I'm therefore impatiently awaiting the so we can get on with and the next cycle.

SIL has just been round and announced that she is preg after 2 years of trying. They've had 2 previous m/c last one 24 months ago. Feel excited and pleased for them but wish it was us aswell. Know that that is a selfish thing to say. Think this TTC buisness makes you

Think its perfectly natural to have conflicting feelings at others announcements....you wouldn't be human if you didn't. We will all get our soon though.....i'm sure of it.....I think.....I hope!!

My sister announced her 3rd and we were really happy for her, 6 weeks later I was announcing my own ...Our sons are only 9weeks apart...so hopefully you will get your in the next month or so and you can both continue your journey together!!

I found it a great help having my sister to go through it with me, especially as it was my first!!

Thanks to both of you for your kind words I'm feeling much better today think it just caught me of guard.

Been and looked on fertility friend but hubbie doesn't want to chart temps yet thinks it will make it too clinical . which i can kinda understand. So have agreed that we will give it a couple of months first and see how things go.

However plan to chart cm and cp which we are agreed on. and of course all the little 2ww symptoms which i'm sure i just keep making up in my head my imagination always has been vivid

Reigning in the imagination is a tough one when TTC! So good luck with that one

well the still hasn't arrived

however cervix has been high and soft for past 3 days, with hardly any cm (Sorry if TMI) but got up yesterday with really sore boobs. which normally happen 14 days before AF. Think i've totally messed up this cycle.
Been obsessing for last two weeks but think have only just ovulated, so totally screwed up and hardly any prior to this.

Been telling myself theres always next month

Remeber reading years ago something about evening primrose oil and that it can help to improve chances of conception. tried goggling this but came up with a load of medical journals which made no sense and was totally over my head. Can anybody help with this, all i can offer in return is my eternal gratefulness.

Hi Emerald-queen i took EPO for the first time this cycle for 14 days and it delayed my ovulation by a week!!! Which was a bit scary!!!

Not sure if I will try it again next month!!!
