General : Spotty....looking 28 going on 16 with these breakouts!!

Been trying to get a better understanding of my body post bcp but I don't think the hormones have settled yet! Breakouts on my face used to be a sign that AF was on its way but i've been having random breakouts for the last month or so now......not good when I have my SIL's wedding a week on Sat followed by my wedding anniversary on the weds and then a close friends wedding the Sat after!

On the plus side, the sun has finally come out so maybe I can hang my washing out!!

Hiya hun!

I just wanted to say that I've only recently worked out () that I get skin breakouts when my oestrogen levels start rising/peaking -- i.e. that is before ovulation. It is actually a neat sign of impending fertility for me!! My skin looks great during the 2ww though!

well hun, i too can sympathise with you on this, im on my 11th cycle now TTC since coming off BCP's, and im only just getting the hang of it all (when i Ov etc etc) i still think the pill is only just coming out of my system now....

Hope u catch that Eggy soon tho hun

I had been on bcp for 9 years so I am a bit worried that it could take a while before everything settles and slots into place for me but figure if I just as much as possible....no harm no foul right? At least it should get me an ace anniversary present this year if nothing else!!

well i was on BCP's for about 7 years chick, and yes i think these things do take time to come out of the system, but Def i agree - the more the more the higher the chance of a xxxxx

Well here I am trying for a baby, probably the biggest decision I will ever make and the thing that I am most worried about right now is finding the right pair of shoes for the dress I am wearing to SIL's wedding next Sat!!
DH has also now decided that since we are baby making he can proposition me at silly times for We will see how long that lasts before he gets fed up performing on demand because my temp, cm and the moons are all aligned and FF says the time may be right to produce a

I was on BCP for 12 years and I got back to normal cycles pretty quickly. It's different for everyone tho I suppose!
