You are right. If we don't look at the positives then we will drive ourselves crazy! LOL.

I guess I've sorta come to terms on where our TTC journey is going and where we stand right now. So that's good. I have cried a little, but I haven't had a complete breakdown like last time. For some reason I feel much stronger now.

So I'm on CD4 and AF is almost gone...it should be as it kept me in the bathroom all weekend, it was SOOO heavy! I also have had a HORRIBLE migraine, it started Thurs night as a very slight headache and by Friday night I was in bed nauseous and just couldn't pick my head up off the pillow. It continued throughout Sat and Sun...went away last night, and now my head hurts again, but not as bad as Friday.

So I decided while I'm waiting to TTC I'm going to go out and do all kinds of things with DH....I want to get a tattoo and I want to get in shape. I'm not overweight, but I want to tone up a little bit. If I can't have a kid, might as well have a body that proves I don't have one, right? LOL! I'm just trying to make myself feel better, LOL!

So that's where I stand now and what the plan is for the next year....unless one month we get an unexpected and welcoming surprise! I'm still secretly praying for that!!!!!!

I hear that the fitter you are the easier to is to give birth au natural. I had a client who popped her baby and left the hospital the same day and she was super fit. have you made more on that list? Only 11 months to go before you life changes
Also you could save up quite a bit for baby things too! No surprise costs.

Just read through your journal so thought I'd drop you a note.

I've been TTC since October 2007. Just had an HSG which came back all clear, but OH has slightly low sp count on his first test. Now has to have another one to see how that comes back.

So 11 months until your IVF. I really hope you get a gorgeous surprise before then but if not, at least you have a date to count down to now. Lots of to you.

We're saving money at the moment and have said if we're not pg by February, we'll spend it on a big holiday - something we can only do while it's still two of us. And if we are pg, well then it's money for the nursery etc etc!

Hi ladies! Thank you for stopping by my page!!!

Celine, I still haven't exercised or gotten a tattoo...I've been kinda just eating what I like and just being lazy with hubby. We snuggle up and watch movies and eat popcorn and candy on weekends and stuff...LOL.
BUT....We both are going to get into a serious workout regimen. He had hip surgery 2 weeks ago because of torn cartilage, it was only minor surgery, but he needs to take it easy for about a month. So...next week we are going to VEGAS! We are going to visit with his mom and my aunt and uncle since they all live out there...(Maybe I should play the slots and hope to hit the jackpot and I can get IVF sooner??!!!) and when we get back we are going to whip ourselves into shape. And THEN I will get my tattoo as a reward for the hard work of getting into shape!

Hayz1981...we too are saving for IVF and we are talking about going back to Hawaii, so if there's no bump by late summer next year, we will prob treat ourselves to Hawaii and then come back refreshed and ready to start IVF!
We shall see! Our infertility problems sound similar, my HSG showed my tubes were open and clear and DH has low sperm count, only his is SIGNIFICANTLY low...but either way I'm excited for the moment when I POAS and see the long awaited BFP.....and everything that comes after that!

Good luck to BOTH you ladies TTC, I have been away from here for awhile, just trying to not think of TTC so much...but I am still around. I just haven't been posting as much. Take care!

Well we went to Vegas during O time to visit his family and mine so there wasn't much BD'ing going on. We did BD CD11 and CD15. I am not sure when I ovulated though, and am not thinking about it.

Vegas was fun, visited with the family and just relaxed. But it's back to work for me tomorrow!!! Oh well, all good breaks must come to an end. LOL!

I spotted a little yesterday (CD 26) and I expected to wake up with AF this morning but nothing....I know she's looming somewhere...I hate when AF plays with me like this...even though I need IVF I still have hope!!! So when she does this I start to hope a little! LOL. I'm just a crazy TTC lady...hoping for a BFP by Christmas. That would be the BEST present EVER!!!!

So how you doing? I liked the sound of snuggling up with movies and popcorn... very much like me and DH!

You sounded really positive - that's how i feel too. I reckon our IVF won't be for another year(ish) depending on waiting time on the NHS and i'm still hoping that the elusive will come naturally. You gotta have hope right? It only takes on so i keep telling myself

So what did you get up to in Vegas? DH and i went there a few years ago and loved it - i walked around like a kid with my mouth wide open taking in the bright lights and he tried his hand (unsucessfully) at roulette!

I guess we are both on the same page, huh? Waiting for IVF and hoping for the miracle BFP in the meantime....That's all I want for Christmas! Wouldn't that be the most awesome present ever?!!!

I'm doing better...only AF got me this morning, so CD1 for me...and 10 months until IVF. I'm still hoping it happens on our own though!

And Vegas was GREAT! We both have family down there so we got to visit them and had a little fun playing the slots! Of course, we didn't win anything either, lol, but it was fun! We needed a little break and it couldn't have come at a better time.

Thanks for checking up on me hun, hope your miracle BFP surprises you one of these days! I'm hoping for the same thing!!!

CD1 today. AGAIN. And cycle 14 of TTC. We haven't been "actively" TTC since our last IUI because I haven't been doing OPK's but I still make sure we BD around the time I O, so it still counts as a cycle... 10 months until IVF... oh well.
I seem to be getting heavier AF's each month...hope the fertility meds didn't mess me up. I also have noticed I spot for a week before my AF is even due which never ever happened before! I spotted last Thurs and AF didn't show up until this morning...I hope these aren't signs of something that may be wrong with ME....because I still want and am hoping for that Christmas BFP!!!
