SwissMiss, if I knew you were a Canuck I would have come to say hello sooner! I've also seen ya around the various threads and admired your lovely photo with (I assume) the Swiss Alps behind you and (I assume again) your handsome DH! Recently visited Europe on a Contiki tour... and going to the top of Mount Stanserhorn was one of my fave parts! (We have just as beautiful mountains in BC but the Swiss Alps are just so charming with their brown cows, green fields, etc.)

I live in East Vancouver. I've never visited Nanaimo before but did visit Montreal a few years ago. LOVED Montreal... what an exciting, vibrant city, full of culture! That's as far east as I've been... visited TO and Ottawa on that same trip... really loved that vacation!

Anyway, enough blabbing from me... I'm very happy to meetcha, and I'll be addin' you to my list of subscribed threads as well!

Argh... what kind of strange temp is that this morning?? It's definitely not a temp rise and it's not low enough to be a pre-Ov dip. I know my thermometer's definitely wonky this cycle... but I think it's still a pretty accurate temp. Each morning, before I stick the therm. in, I can already get a good sense of whether my temp is high or low... I can just feel how hot or cool it is under my tongue. It definitely felt cool this morning so I don't think my thermometer was too off, if at all. Oh well... not a huge deal... don't really need to pinpoint Ov as long as I've BDd enough to cover my bases. I'm gonna stick with the doctors' advice to BD longer, in case I Ov twice. BDing tonight as planned and again on Sunday am and perhaps one more for good measure on Tuesday pm!

Anyway, this is a wierd beginning to my TWW! Oddly, I'm remaining very calm and not getting all excited this cycle. I'm putting effort into being positive but at the same time, I don't feel that I'll be devastated if I get a . I think that talk I had with my doctors really put me at ease. They gave me the general sense that I'm healthy and normal, so I just feel like, "Okay... so it's taking a little longer... but no big deal if I get another ... I know my is coming... it's just a matter of when!"

Yes don't worry too much about your temps, sometimes we obssess too much about them and forget the fact that we are BDing regular anyway so swimmers will be there when OV happens! Good luck!

Hi Kerryanne, thanks for all the wonderful words of support... the truth is, I WAS a big ball of stress and negativity up until just recently. I just pulled out of a really low point in the TTC journey just at the beginning of this cycle. If it wasn't for my BnB pals, I wouldn't be where I am right now. I have noone IRL to talk with so I'm SURE I'd be down in the dumps w/out BnB. With the support of all you wonderful gals, I've been able to turn a new corner and find hope and optimism in this long TTC journey.

I'm totally perplexed by this wieeeerd cycle I'm having. My temp this morning's no help at all... not especially low, definitely not high. I'm trying not to draw any conclusions from my temps this cycle because I know my thermometer's being really wonky. To throw another wrench in the gears, I got a good load of EWCM on first morning wipe! It was a fine specimen of EWCM, if I may say so myself: crystal clear, stretchy and slippery! But wait a minute... it's CD 18... I normally Ov around CD 14-16. What the??

It's possible that the CM isn't actually CM at all... I felt very mildly aroused upon waking this morning so perhaps I had the female version of a "wet dream"?? Anyway, needless to say, DH and I were glad that we postponed the planned BD session last night (had friends over for a BBQ and they left really late) and had a good am BD this morning!

Hey hun - sounds like ur getting plenty of bding in anyway so doesn't really matter when u OV, as long as theres some there when it does happen. Hopefully this relaxed, positive approach will work for u and u'll get ur bfp very soon
