| hiya magic, nat and bird: thanks for sorting out the blood streaks... I never heard of spotting during Ov. But, now that I think about it, looking back at the pictures from "The Moment of Ovulation" that nat posted, it makes sense that there may be a bit of spotting during Ov. Not happy this morning because I haven't had any CM of any kind since yesterday afternoon... all my wipes have come up dry since then. GRR... when will I see my EWCM again?? And, still no temp dip before Ov like I usually have so I don't think I'm Ov'ing yet. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Cloudy it looks like your thermometer is stuck in a rut! Have you checked the batteries hun and have you read this: http://www.fertilityfriend.com/Faqs/...-Readings.html
May be you are closer to ov than you think!
My cm has been rubbish this month (as always ) I actually think may be the antihistamines I'm taking make a difference. Zita mentions it in the book, and it makes sense as they are designed to dry up mucus.... Are you on any meds like that? |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Hiya, looks like you're doing everything right. Perserve with your temps. If you've checked your thermometer and it's ok just wait it out - it will happen! xx |

Are you on any meds like that? | magic: I was thinking too that something was up with my thermometer but I kept at it, thinking my body was just oddly synchronized this cycle! Now I've had enough days in a row with no change... I ran out tonight to the local shop to buy a new battery... they don't have the right kind! Gonna have to wait 'til the weekend to get a new one, just in time for the crucial TWW!
re: the CM... I'm not taking any meds at all but I also read in West's book that wheat bran could decrease CM... it does seem to match because when I first started including wheat bran in my diet is when the CM started to dry up. Thing is, I only eat, at most, a tablespoon/day of the stuff. Hmm... now that you got me thinking, I'm gonna eliminate it from my diet next cycle. NO WAIT... we're all getting s this cycle... so, I'll eliminate it when I TTC #2! |

| tansey! I'll be getting this darn thermometer battery changed as soon as I can get to the store with more battery selection. This could also be a good excuse for me to get a BBT thermometer! |

Just curious to know - what's standard in Canada C or F? | So long as I can get around the ridiculous duties, etc. from getting the BBT therm. delivered from the States, it will be a good price ($9.63). In Canada we like to use the metric system so C is standard. Stupid thermometer today screwed up and gave me a F reading so I had to spend time converting it to C. Not even sure how accurate this temp was because I had to fiddle with it for a minute or two (it kept turning off then finally came back on on F mode). |

Kind of nerve racking because I'm forcing myself to skip a day between BDs so I'm nervous that I may have Ov'd on CD 14 (when I had somewhat EWCM) and didn't BD within those 12 hours. ARGH... let's see how things go. Trying to not obsess, etc. this cycle... can I do it? SJ... thanks for stoppin' by with your positivity and encouragement! |
