Twelve day lut phases are fairly respectable... You do spot though. Perhaps you are having breakthrough estrogen surges? Anyway, I agree it's crap, no matter what the cause.

Totally agree with you about taking your temps in the morning and getting the anxious fluttering like waiting for exam results If only it was a straight forward as opening your results where you get a nice pass or fail!

Yeah they have been 12 days which is ok, if you count cd1 as the fresh flow. But I have pink cm starting from 6dpo- there isn't a way to record this on ff so I've put my own category in so I can keep track. The FF gurus told me not to put pink/flecked cm down as spotting unless it reached the toilet paper (which it tends not to), but just to make a note - but then you can't compare charts easily with the notes. My body must be weird if there isn't an FF category for what happens to me! I don't know about estrogen surges - but thanks for giving me something to go off and google self-indulgently! It just seems to me that my womb is flaking away - sorry for TMI, but it's like when you blow your nose and there is a bit of blood in the snot! Little icky bits

Yeah i always have a good feeling when I start a new cycle! I was prescribed the progesterone ages ago - I've lost track a bit, but I think it was around last May or June (2007). I can't even remember when we started TTC officially tbh! I had to dig up some old emails to track back to last May, and I guess I was at my gynae around the same time, because the emails were from a friend who is a doctor, and she was giving me her opinion. It's all becoming a bit hazy back there! I took them for a few months then stopped last September because I had forgotten to take them and my cycles seemed ok without them. Started again cycle before this one to try and stop the spotting, but so far no luck. It does have a hidden advantage of making your boobs lovely and bouncy though!

Hmm I could do with bouncy Boobs....mine disappeared on coming off the bcp and i'm only little to start with!!

I'm doing all right. I got absolutely no sleep last night though- couldn't sleep till 12 & woke up at 3 and never got to sleep again so I am taking the day off and hoping I can catch a few hours this aft as I feel completely useless (no energy, no brains).
Last night somewhere between 3-6 I ate almost an entire carton of organic strawberries, and this morning I couldn't stop with the ginger cookies & cheese. LOVE the ginger cookies as they make the nausea go away (I never get physically ill, just a horrible nauseous feeling).

Anyway, that's the update. I'm starting to believe there may continue to actually be something in there. We've told my parents, his dad, my grandparents, my best friend & my beloved SIL but I really don't want to tell anyone else as I don't know if I can deal with the attention. Don't get me wrong, I have no problem dealing with attention normally, just not about something that people smirk about such as pregnancy "oh she's getting nauseous, how silly, oh dear, ha ha. Let's rub her belly & dispense ass-vice"... I don't know. Probably just my lil hang-up.

mmmmmmm Ginger cookies! I haven't had them for ages! I don't blame you about not wanting to tell everyone. When I got pg I phoned my mum and as soon as I had told her the news I forbade her from telling anyone else until I was out of the 1st tri (I was already 10 weeks so it wasn't so long!) and she was really annoyed cos she wanted to broadcast it! Lucky you not getting sick - I was like that totally. Have you got a pg journal now btw? Would love to keep up with your developments!

Haven't got one. My wonderful OH has just finished a blog design though- so you may be able to catch up with me sooner rather than later.
