at last - the old bag! I hate the last couple of days of AF though as I seem to get a wipe of yukky old blood for about 3 days after the red stuff (TMI!).
Feeling optimistic about this cycle today. Managed to persuade DH to start taking Folic Acid last night. It was quite easy! I just said - pssst hey wanna try one of these little pills- go on it won't hurt...
Got a little bit squiffy with the babysitter when we got home from work last night which was fun. DH and I work until 10pm and LO is between sitters at the mo, so I got a friend to stand in. Unfortunately she is a total lush, but don't worry girls, she is fab with kids and doesn't drink on the job (well, not this kind of job. She probably drinks on the other kind of job- I would imagine her riding her boyf like a buccaroo whilst waving a bottle of champers round her head like a lassoo- she's that type). So we uncorked a few beers and had a pizza with her which was cool. At CD3 I felt perfectly justified in getting tiddly-eye-pie since there is nothing else to do till slings her hook.
And it seems like the bitchy witch will be outta here pretty soon yay!!!
Still waiting for the darned bbt thermometer and my bumper bag of OPKs.
CD5 Still feeling rather bored with this waiting time but getting a little bit excited now as the time for BDing approaches! Oh and of course the most marvellous new hobby of checking my CP (can't bring myself to do that during AF - does anyone?) which I find both slightly disturbing but grossly fascinating...

Although this is our first month officially ttc, I have been charting temps, checking CM & CP since I had my IUD removed about 6 mos ago (started bleeding all month long, and sure nuff, t'was the nasty pokey copper thing in my ute). I had agreed to avoid until this month (though didn't *really* want to), and was duly responsible, diligent about checking all the signs, etc. Turns out my CP is totally unreliable, and where it would dutifully be low, hard, & closed immediately after O, it would migrate up to be high & somewhat softer towards the end of my cycle. This would lead me through the dizzying maze of "what if I am" "surely I'm not" "but I could be" "but I've promised not to yet & have done everything to prevent" ... basically a bit of a nutcase for a good week & a half of a few of those months...
All this to say- MY CP is not all that reliable- hope yours is more well-behaved & gives you correct info.
Where is your temp for today hun? You are only 3 days behind me so hopefully we might get our BFPs the same week wouldn't that be fabulous!!!
Ooops forgot to visit FF this morning! Naughty me. *slap*

I popped into work today to do some boring stuff, and there in the post box was a slip from the Post Office saying there is a parcel!!!! It can be nothing other than my Ebay goodie bag hurrah!!!!! It must have arrived yesterday as today's Sunday but DH probably forgot to look in the post box, which means he has no idea Muahhhaaahhaaaaa!
Will be queuing outside the PO tomorrow peeing my pants with excitement!!!
