Well my DH has no dancing genes - could explain why his sperm have not been dancing very efficiently!

Seriously though, the way I understand it is that those

take on average about 3 hours to travel up your plumbing. I have read that the fastest ones which have been training in the Olympic Pool can do it in 45 minutes, whilst the slower ones can take up to 12 hours. May be that's where the 12 hours comes from? I haven't read anything about them having to sit around before they become able to penetrate the egg. But they can sit and wait if the egg isn't ready - I think that's what's important. They can live up to 3 days (sometimes up to 5 if they have been working out down the gym), so you can get jiggy up to 5 days before ov to be in with a chance. The eggy lives up to about 12 hours (some say 24) so that gives you another day. They say it's more important to BD in the 3 days leading up to ov and the day of ov itself, and why not the next day too just to be on the safe side

So, in conclusion - I dunno but I don't think it matters. I will do a bit of googling.... I got my Zita West book today too so there might be something in there - will let you know!

are slowcoaches! But the strong fast ones tend to be boy spermies, while the ones with a bit more patience and stamina tend to be girls. I think......

Got my delivery of Preseed yesterday

Couldn't use it last night as DH was away with the lads on a sesh, so hoping to crack open a tube tonight!

Have had loads of CM today - ironically! I think I've gone through the whole range in the space of a few hours!!! This morning pretty dry, sticky if I really looked hard. Just went to the loo and it was shiny/stretchy on the tp (ff told me to put sticky for this kind). Stuck me finger in to double check and got a load of watery/creamy mixture. Was about to pull me knick-knocks up but had another wipe as felt a bit slippery, and got ewcm!

So, ewcm it is then I suppose! I do feel kinda nice down there right now...but DH is out playing tennis so we will have to wait! Anyway, feeling particularly nice and juicy/fertile which is great

Have been devouring the Zita West book too. Just went to the supermarket and almost everything that I usually buy I looked at the ingredients and it is so full of crap. Gonna make a healthy change to all our diets and may be it will improve my LO's constipation too. Feeling very positive today - I recommend this book to everyone in the entire universe whether TTC or not - it's so sensible and informative!

I am glad you are so positive!!! Yay!!!! I am still semi positive for this month even tho DH is away on O day!! I am going to buy Zita West book today!! Yipee!!! Good luck hun and def get BD in today!!!
