We just got back from town, OMG I have never seen anything like it!! I mean, I knew that obviously there'd be a lot of football fans, but it is literally like the whole of Holland has descended on Basel. I must say I like Basel a lot better with the Dutch here, much more fun! Do feel a bit sorry for the Russians, they seem to only have about 10 fans here.

We're waiting to TTC again in August because of the move, and also because we're flying to Canada for a friend's wedding and due to all my problems I'm not meant to fly during pregnancy at all. Which is going to be hard!!

TMI but - yesterday we had sex for the 1st time since last AF, very unlike me to be off sex but I guess with all the uncertainties swimming around my head it put a dampner on things. Anyhoo, ever since the last op I've had some pain during intercourse, more so in some positions than others. Yesterday I noticed it wasn't painful at all, so maybe this last AF was getting rid of some crap still left over, I dunno.

Anyway, in 20 minutes I'm going on a mammoth cycle to my work sports club. We're very lucky here, it will be something I miss, it's a lovely area with swimming pool, tennis courts, football pitch, gardens and a restaurant with outside terrace. The food is yum and cheap. Next Saturday we leave for Mallorca so thought I'd better get some tanning time in!

I cannot wait to leave for holidays!! So much to think about. I can't believe that our wedding party is on July 5th, it really feels like nothing is planned.. oh well, we have food, alcohol, people and music - it'll be fine!
2 more days of working and then I'm freeeeeeeeeeeee!! No more repressed socially inept expatriates for me, wohooo. Nothing against expatriates in general, just the ones I work with... most people stay at the bank for their working lives and they're "institutionalised".
I'm all confused. DH wants to not wait until August... I mean, seeing as it's been nearly 2 years anyway it's not like I'm expecting to suddenly get a sticky bean in the next two months, but I'm just worried that if by some miracle I do and then I fly to Canada and lose it.... His thoughts are that we shouldn't miss a chance to get pregnant, which obviously I feel too.. Oh I wish it wasn't so difficult!
After my strange AF this month, with the spotting beforehand which I never had, I am still spotting. Really weird.
Sorry for the fractured post, but it's late and I didn't get home til 21:00. Plus I'm itching all over as I've been attacked by mosquitos, grrr. I'll try and post again before I leave, but if I can't then big hugs to all xxx
