I can very much relate to your feeling isolated.. Ive moved about a lot and as such ive always been a bit scarce on the friendship side. In addition to that none of my family lives here (im not British), and its miniscule even , my family is, that is.. so its just me and the OH, lovely man ..but i too feel very alone at times..

Thank God for B&B..honestly.. who else can i talk to about this, you know

Well, that has happened to me as well, tbh..

Ive sometimes just gone there but been on here or other sites while waiting..you can hear a sort of ding-dong when someone comes on..

Its a bit hit and miss..but sometimes its positively packed and the convo's get really good.

Dont give up though, you can can always post it as well, loads others have done, if you wanna have a chat..

Im trying to stay away as last time i went on i did nothing for hours AND flooded the kitchen sink, floor etc, lol!!!

Ive got so much to do..and im still here!!!!!

I have been up since 4:30 am. I tossed and turned all night long obsessing over baby. Not knowing is so hard!I have been burying Myself in housework all day. No matter how many dishes I do, laundries I run, floors I sweep, beds I make or pillows I fluff, the obsession just doesnt end. I think the biggest part is that this time around, Im married to My best friend, partner and soul mate. 9 years ago I was with a jerkface. The idea of sharing a baby with My husband is completely different.

I know what you mean about feeling isolated too. I'm an expat and with a nearly 2 yr old LO I don't get out very much. I do have a few friends but I don't feel that close to them because I don't see them that much. My really close friends all live in different countries and we Facebook each other, but I couldn't obssess about TTC with them- only one or two know, and as they're not TTC (most already have kids) they certainly wouldn't want to listen to my incessant TTC. Keep posting in this journal hun! It's nice to have others to obssess with!
