Jolyn,

Just a thought... when you see the Doc Monday it may be helpful to show them your chart- given the luteal phase bleed & the slightly lower temps (though still above coverline) it could be a good idea to get a little extra progesterone in the form of a supplement to make extra sure it's a sticky bean. :-)
