OK, worriedness is kicking in again for today - thought I did well to last until 1pm! I am going to take my lunch hour and do a spot of retail therapy - staying well away from anywhere that sells HPTs!

New plan of action - ring first thing for results and book another appointment for a different doctor - explain everything again and see what they say. I think the results are going to be neg tho, the FMU I gave her showed for my hpt and she said that the lab results are less sensitive - how stupid is that?

See, now I've started worrying the sickness is coming back...is it in my head, have I gone completely doolally?

Oh honey -what a rollercoaster time you're having I don't know anything about chemical pregnancies so I can't shed any light I'm afraid - but I have to agree with Nat- it does sound like there is still a chance there with your symptoms. Surely if you had had a chemical pg and the hormones were already so flushed out of you that you go a BFN, then you wouldn't be still feeling all these pg symptoms? Keeping absolutely everything crossed with knobs on for you sweetie!

Well the shopping didn't work. My lower back has starting hurting - like a crampy dull ache. I'm wondering whether to ring the docs and ask about it. It seems to be getting worse. I said about a blood test and she said they just do urine tests and that the pos line was just a 'blip' - the way she was talking was if I never was pg, but I must have been at some point to get the line on the tests surely?

I'm feeling annoyed now that I haven't had any answers.

why are doctors so god dam horrible - honestly hun, they CAN do a blood test, they just don't want to. If it is less sensitive than the one you did then it might not give you a definitive answer. A and E might do it for you - tell them what is going on and that your doctor is being so dam unhelpful or considerate of your feelings. No woman should have to wait and see under these circumstances - nor should she be made to feel like she is imagaging things.
thinking about you hun - we are all here for you.

Hi
just thought i would add that i had a chemical pregnancy in march/april
my doctor referred me to the hospital with in days i had an internal scan and bloods done i also had to go back a week later to make sure my bloods where coming back clear of pg hormone, so when you go back to see your doc if its the same one tell her you don't care if they do blood tests or not that you WANT ONE i also had that sore feeling at the bottom of my back it was more like a heavy feeling

hope ur feeling better soon

Girls - I can't do it. I'm sitting in work trying to press the dial button on my phone to the docs, but I just can't do it. I don't know why. I just don't think I'm strong enough to go back to the docs today and find out anymore. I think I'm just gonna carry on as normal today and get some answers tomorrow. I'm just so tired and wanna go home, but got another class in a bit and a meeting after that so prob won't get home til about 7.30. It's gonna be a long day. Do you think they'd notice if I fell asleep under the desk?

Oh hun - give yourself a bit of time to rest and think through things. If you're speaking to them tomorrow and still having symptoms say something then. xx
