I was the same last time - when ttc I put on 2st (thinking I'll be getting fat anyway so wats the point - 2 years later - 2 stone heavier). I was quite lucky as after I gave birth I was lighter than I was when I got PG and found it easy to shift with Weightwatchers. I am now a size smaller than when I got married - the smallest I have ever been - just feel it slipping a bit at the mo and don't wanna go the same way as last time. Now my philosophy is - 'well if we can't be pg fat then we may as well have something in our favour and make the pg girls be jealous of our svelte figures' - nah - just doing it for myself, feel a lot happier when I'm thinner. Fallen off the wagon today tho so really need to get focused. The last couple of pounds is the hardest part! Good luck hun, let's do it together xx

Shhh...I think she's gone. Yeah, can get on with it now. First of the cycle later hopefully (tiredness permitting). I think we're gonna go for the every other day approach this month and maybe a bit more when we know eggy is making an appearance. Almost through the 1st week - this is the hardest for me and I think I've dealt with it brilliantly this week. I wonder if it's the B6 - it says it reduces depression!

Grrr...Having a bad day today. First Kylan wouldn't get off the potty for 20 min and made us late leaving the house. Then some woman thought it would be ok to squeeze past me and push in the queue at the petrol pumps, then got to work and none of the equipment worked so I had 30 rowdy kids running around the place with nothing to do!!!! I have a headache!

Hey Jo, sorry to hear you were having a bad day, hope today's better!! Everyone here always pushes in, I'm forever getting knocked over trying to get on or off a tram. Thing is I've become really aggressive about it and started to push back... oh Swissies, what HAVE you done to me??

Well another day. It's the first morning since AF arrived I haven't had to rush off, so I'm having schmooze around the house this morning before my Welsh class this afo, if Kylan leaves me alone I'll be catching up on all ur journals.

My temps seem to be quite high for this time of the month, I wonder if the vits are having an effect.

First of the cycle last night - was knackered tho so didn't last long - never mind practise makes perfect.
