Oh well, back from the beach, just getting ready for aerobics. My friend is such hard work, she's a very fussy mother - even more so with hormones flying around!!! Don't do that, do this, go here, argh - Kylan just runs around eating sand and pooing in the sandunes (only joking - that was an accident)

Well I though AF was on the way out, but stuck around for another day, go away
so I can get on with things.
Diet has gone out the window today - went to an all you can eat buffet for dinner and didn't hold back (well, I'd already paid for it!) so I now have to go and work extra hard in aerobics.
