Oh well guys - no point trying to fool myself. AF has arrived. It's light, but I'm sure it's AF. She crept up on me on 9DPO - not fair. Does this mean my luteal phase is too short for implantation?

Obviously I'm not pleased to see her, but after last month I'm kinda glad there's no hangin around as I had no idea what was going on for 2 weeks! Feeling a lot happier than I thought I would be, I was so depressed last month. Must be the sun and the beach - it'll hit me tomorrow like a tonne of bricks.

Thanks for your support everyone x

Day 1 here I am, patiently waiting OV again...

I just won a bid for a fertility monitor on ebay - got no idea what they do or how they work, but I'm willing to give it a go. Think will also go and order some preseed. Any other supplies I should get in girls? I'm open to suggestions .

Yay!!!! I don't know what they do either, but they certainly seem to be popular! May we ask what the winning bid was ?

Well damn it! Sorry the witch got you, but I'm sure you'll get that BFP very soon, especially with that fancy monitor. OOOOoooo, ahhhhhh, I love winning on Ebay. Lots of dust.

It was £4.20 with postage - it's only a temp one at the mo, thought I'd see how I go before splashing out on one with fancy sticks.

Feeling a bit worried this morning. Been looking at FF and it says my luteal phase was only 8 days. Does this mean it's too short for implantation? A few things I've seen on the net have been saying that it may need treatment. Anyone know anything about this.

Also anxiously waiting to hear about building and got meetings all day about the design of the centre, then off to pilates. Another busy day in the life of Jo Lovett!!!!

Sorry about AF hun.

8 days does seem a little short -- is this the first cycle you've charted? Maybe this month was just weird for some reason & normally your LP is longer?

I have read though that you can use a progesterone cream in the 2ww to try and lengthen the LP or get progesterone tablets from your doc. Luckily it is an easy thing to rectify I think.

I've got a funny feeling this is what's happening all the time. It's just because this month I've charted I've realised what is actually going on. Before now I thought the symptoms I've been having CD18/19 were AF or PG - but it turns out they were OV pains. This happens every month then AF shows up a week later. At least now I know what is going on and can try a few things to help it. If nothing happens in 3 months I'll go the docs with my charts.

Goddam it, why can't life ever be simple!!!
