Ummm CBFM question 1st ... I think getting the same each cycle is a good thing, means your body is self regulating and following the same pattern/cycle. Your running like clockwork

OH's PHD - he was pretty cheesed off, but another yr of writing reports would have meant he would have been lost to geekdom forever, as it is he retains a small element of normality (most of the time)
Should be leaving for NZ either Oct/Nov this year or late spring (March time) a lot depends on monies saved (by OH not me!) and jobs (again, OH not me!!)

God it seems like so long since I've posted on here!

first of all, I don't have to worry about cbfm just spewing out last month's results again, turns out I'm oving 2 days later this cycle than last so that's reassuring in a way. Except I didn't have enough sticks to keep me going and no time to get the cheap ones for ebay so have nearly bankrupted myself because I think it's going to ask me for 20 this month, the gurrier!

Finally had some ewcm today, not sure the epo is doing it's thing because I certainly didn't notice loads more than normal. I'll see what this month brings.

So relieved I;m oving later this cycle though because I managed to get cystitis over the weekend which is absolutely not what I needed! Should have oved on Sunday night if I went by last cycle so it all being a bit later is a blessing in disguise! Here's hoping we catch the eggy this month!

Saw my best friend with her gorgeous baby boy yesterday, she knows we're ttc and her parting words were "ride him cowboy"!!!! I'll try to make her proud tonight

Bad luck with the cystitus, what a bummer, thank goodness for late O! Hope the CBFM doesn't bankrup you, I bought a pack of 7 CB OPKs today and it was SO expensive ... and I got all excited and wasted one today (Not due to O for another 8 days )

Well we just seem to be lurching from one crisis to another at the moment!!

I'm on 1DPO at the moment, managed to bd (I think!) 6 days before, 3 days before and 1 day before ov, and I ov yesterday. Obviously should have bded yesterday and again today but DH found out yesterday that the job he was due to start next week has fallen through and there's no way we can survive on just my income for more than a very short amount of time. So neither of us was much in the mood to bd with all that going on! He's had 2 interviews and is doing the rounds of the agencies at the moment but as an ex-police officer, he doesn't have the easiest skill set to slot into a new job.... Wondering if we should put ttc on hold for a bit til we know what's happening and things are more stable.

So absolutely gutted for him, worried for us financially and gutted again that this might not be the right time for us. Although DH says that if he still didn't have a job in 9 months, a baby would be the least of our worries and he'd be back in the UK policing...

So sorry about OHs job! Life is so difficult and unfair sometimes! I just have to believe that everything happens for a reason and something better has to come along!
You're probably tempting fate by not having enough money and you'll get a !

I'm so sorry the job has fallen through - that's horrible especially at such short notice. I hope he gets something really soon even if it's just a job as a stop-gap til he finds something he really wants to do x
