I'm Currently Feeling: | I'd be quite happy if FF got used to my temps not being taken at exactly the same time, as hard as I try it's just not happening!
We've got no energy now after being woken so early, looks like a lazy one today. We were talking last night and have decided (again!) to try and go healthy with eating etc. I'm getting up to the weight I was when I was at my heaviest a couple of years ago and DH really needs to lose weight for his back and hasn't managed it. But we keep saying things like that and never actually do it - we need some proper motivation! Also, we joined the gym 2 weeks ago and haven't gone yet! I was out during the week for this first week and then last week, DH was working 12 hour days so I would have had to decide between the gym or bding so guess which I chose! Now I'm in the 2ww so should I really start now?! Or am I just making up excuses not to go..... |

I'm Currently Feeling: | hi hun
i always feel paranoid about going to the gym in 2ww but i don't think it does any harm, just don't go wild on the treadmill and do a 20k marathon when i get into it and go 2 or 3 times a week i end up having more energy than usua (after the 1st week of torture)l so cud help with bding???
goodluck for 2ww |

I'm Currently Feeling: | God I wouldn't be capable of doing a 20k run.......ever!!!! I'm a x-trainer girl so hopefully there wouldn't be much bouncing to dislodge any bean which might be doing its best to dig in!!! I tend to do lots of sit ups when I am at the gym, not sure that's the best plan in the world..........
Just gone for a 6k walk though which was nice - did have a lovely big ice-cream cone at the end though |

| I hear ice cream is good for conceiving - not sure if there's any truth in that - but seemingly the dairy and high fat is good.
Hmmmnn I see an excuse to eat some now! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Hey sweetie, Xtrainering is fab, we are really lucky to have one at home (god bless DF's work feebies!) and I'm trying to use it more ... not entirely successful but I am trying!!!! My DF has been much better and has lost loads.
I wouldn't think the xtrainer would dislodge anything, although maybe substitute the sit-ups for leg lifts? still works your abs and core but not so 'squashing' the tummy?
Ohhh ice-cream .. full of calcium which is good for conception and pregnancy
Go see Wall-E .. its great really well done and the animation is awesome.
Lots and lot's of for you |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Mmmmmmmmmm, ice cream (stay away from the soft stuff though incase you've got a little bean as it has unpasturised egg whites in apparently... and peanuts aren't supposed to be too good either.... I'm sure I'm eating stuff that's bad without knowing it!!).
A 6k walk sounds fantastic! Ohhhh, 4 dpo, symptom spotting soon ! xxx |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Thanks girls! It's a bit late for the warning about soft ice-cream though, I had a huge 99 cone!! Just told DH that we'd have to stay off them if I get pg and his response was "you're the one who'll be pg, not me - I'll order you an ice lolly!!!" Oh the sign of things to come (I hope!)
Some of the girls told me earlier how to include my ov date for the cycles I wasn't temping so now it's telling me I go between an 11 and 12 day cycle so that's not bad! It does mean the B6 hasn't made a blind bit of difference but we'll see what happens with this cycle.
AF/testing date is 29 July at 13 dpo - don't think I'll be able to wait that long to test somehow! That's a Tuesday so I'll probably test on the Sunday if temps are good and I'm not spotting. Due date would be 8 April.....
It's strange actually with the B6, it doesn't seem to have lengthened anything really but it has caused me to spot 24 hours before AF which never happened before. If I don't get my this cycle, I'm not sure I'll bother stocking up on B6 again.... |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I didn't know about the icecream til I'd had a huge one and don't think it did any damage , except to my stomach maybe.... the more I read the more I can't have!
I'd ditch the B6 if it's not doing anything. Hopefully you're not going to have to worry about that anyway x |
