I'm Currently Feeling:  | Good for you Yaya re: excercise. I am trying valiantly to get 1/2 hour excercise in each day, plus my walks to & from work. I figure the longer I can keep it up the better, no?

| Morning girlies
Well, I'm in a great mood today: the sun is shining after 10 days or so of torrential rain and I had a lovely strong temp rise this morning! Yay! So it looks like we bd the day before ov which gives me a reasonable chance this month I think!
My chart is looking good this month -- better than before. I think the super healthy eating, green superfood supplements and maca powder might be doing some good. Yay!! Feeling good today!
