Hey hun - I have been doing pilates since xmas and I absolutely love it - go for it. It's the only thing thats toned my tummy up and I do quite a lot of exercise - just in time for it to go fat again It's just so relaxing and then u wake up the next day and realise you did do a workout after all

Good luck with the fitness healthy eating

Hello Ya Ya,

Thought I would answer here. Yes, I've enjoyed Pilates in the recent past whilst I was away for two weeks with work. I went to classes 3 times a week and it was wonderful. It's true that it is both relaxing and taxing all at the same time and you work at your own pace for brilliant result. I would highly recommend it.

So that's both of us concentrating on our healthy eating and exercise plans at the same time. You are right, it feels really good.

Best of luck and chat again soon.

Hey Yaya

Thanks for stopping by!

Yes, I have done pilates for many years, it helps with my dance training. It is excellent at strengthenin core muscles (the ones responsible for posture) and will have you looking and feeling tip top in no time

Good luck for this cycles hun, and I hope that comes and bites you in the ass when your least expecting it

Hi Yaya, nice to see you popping in from time to time and pleased to hear you're sounding well and unstressed.

I thought about pilates but couldn't find anything terribly local that fitted with my free time. I joined the gym instead and I can honestly say I'm knackered! Haven't done some much exercise since I was at school more than 20 years ago

Yaya... I'm still missing being your cycle buddy, my dear. It's hard not seeing you on BnB on a daily basis but I know it's working out much better for ya. You're another one who's gotten herself on a new positive path, relaxing on the TTC. I think all the positive, relaxed vibes will help a lot of us gals get our July s. Here's keeping my fingers crossed!

Good luck with the pilates - you are so good! I have to admit I don't do any exercise except running around after LO if that counts! A bit of swimming here and there is all I can manage at the mo! You are such a good example to us chick!
