Carrots and oats? What are we- horses? Honestly, I think if a particular food lobby wants to make money, they just need to go over to the ttc boards and whisper "this will help you make baaaabeeeez" and TADA! Overall consumption goes up. I wonder what percentage of green tea consumption we make up, for example. The pineapple industry is surely making a truckload off of me.

Yaya - you have totally sold me on the carrot juice. Gonna pick some up this afternoon and drink it till I'm sick - (probably manage one teaspoon!! ) The grapefruit didn't do much for me last month, but I'm still gonna stick to it, supplemented by the carrot juice and green tea in the afternoons (long after I've taken my folic!!) I actually don't have a problem being **dry**, ahem, but I don't get much ewcm at all, just lust-juices!!!! Apparently lust-juice is not good enough tho- have you read anything about that?

Thanks for asking after my back SJ It's still sore actually but not agonising like it was a couple of days ago. I am booked in for 'Body Stress Release' on Thursday so hopefully that will help ease it. I am getting headaches at the moment too -- it's either from my back/shoulder/neck pain or it's detox symptoms from the carrot juice!!

Magic, the carrot juice is actually yummy when mixed with oranges and/or apples. Apparently it also helps to make yr cervical environment alkaline instead of acid which helps the spermies. I'm also drinking a cup of green tea a day -- probably not enough to make a difference though lol! How much do you drink?

Yeah, I have heard that about our, um, 'arousal fluid' it apparently isn't good enough for the spermies -- don't know why though cause it seems similar to ewcm doesn't it? Maybe it's just released by the va-ja-ja and doesn't help the spermies when they get to the cervix???? Who knows lol!!

yaya I only drink one cup of green tea a day too. I really like it, but I'm a bit scared after you told me about the whole green tea/folic thing, so I just have one in the afternoon! However, when it comes to grapefruit juice I guzzle a whole litre carton as soon as it's open - I can't stop myself!

It's a bit weird that lust-juices don't actually help those spermies isn't it? Bit of a design flaw there.... hang on, the whole blummin female reproductive system is one humungous design flaw!!!

I was browsing Wikipedia the other day, as you do, and happened to find a page about the reproductive cycles of mammals. Turns out (and feel free to whallop me with a rolled up newspaper if you all knew this already, cos I didn't!!!), that only humans and some big apes have menstrual cycles! I knew that other animals come on heat etc etc etc, but what i didn't know was that their womb linings just get reabsorbed into their bodies if they don't conceive, so they don't bleed. Lucky blighters!

Hi cycle bud... just looked at your ticker today and see that you're actually one day behind me so we're not "twins" after all! But, when I saw our tickers late last night, we WERE twins... I guess we may still be twins... just in different time zones!!

I think it's time this cycle for me to try some of these home remedies too. If I get a chance to get to the store during the week, I'll be picking up some carrot juice too!
