I'm Currently Feeling:  | Oh no!! Poor Yaya. Can you get Diclofenac over there? It sends you to a warm and fuzzy place.. just don't try and do anything whilst on it! And that includes standing up... hee hee. Big get better hugs and lots of luck on your new cycle xxx |

| Thanks for the messages girls!
I am still in pain but thanks to some heavy drugs am not in the agony I was yesterday! I am going in for some 'Body Stress Release' therapy next week so I hope that will help. I just hope it has eased up by next weekend cause I am expecting ov around then.
With all my back pain I've hardly even noticed AF! And she is fading at the moment so I will be rid of her in a day or so!! Yay!

Sorry to hear about your back though, ouch! Nasty stuff. I sometimes have problems with my neck/upper back. I'll do something normal,(or just sleeping and waking up feeling like a truck has run me over) and next it goes 'clink' (or similar, lol!) and im in agony..grrr!
Anyway, i hope your oh is taking good care of you with some tlc
