Do you have a cool box? You might be able to keep your meds chilled in one of those if you can get access to some ice ...

Good luck with everything Arcanegirl

I'm sure you're glad to be getting the ball rolling and all that, but do you have any worries or anxieties? Is the nasal spray the only option for the down reg?

Damn the replies got lost.

Maz there is another option for down reg, you can take an injection for it which is a one off instead of taking a nose spray untill youre told to stop it. I think the injection might not be avalaible on NHS (at least not here).

Not really got much anxieties though i am wondering how i will react to the down reg, what side effects ill get.
At the moment my excitement for Alton Towers is taking over lol.

Its only less than a day away now, i start the first one at 7am tomorrow morning.

Ive been contacting a couple of places to look into alternative therapies to go along with the IUI.
I asked about reflexology but was reccomended against it being so close to the procedure. They like to do it 6 weeks before.

Ive been reccomended hyponotherapy and accupuncture so im looking into both, hypnotherapy is the cheaper option but id pay the money for accupuncture if it would be better for me.
