I'm Currently Feeling: | Had no problems with it at Alton Towers, got some bags of ice at the end of the day but the ice packs made it for over 12 hours.
Slightly worried ive not been taking it right, Rob pointed out ive not been closing the other nostril when sniffing (have been doing that since he pointed it out) and ive not had any side effects. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I wonder if it has a cumulative effect and that's why you can't tell as yet? Just guessing.
I don't think I had too many side-effects during down reg. A few hot flushes/night sweats but I was getting them a bit beforehand anyway. It's a little while to the scan yet so you could get all moody n hormonal on us yet!  |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Same here i feel myself getting quite hot, but i cant really tell if its just the warm temperature 
9 days untill scan and a few days untill AF so will see what happens. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Big oopsie today, got home at 10.30pm, was meant to take my spray at 11pm. Next time i look at the clock its 12.40am 
Took it as soon as i remembered, hopefully itll be okay. |

I'm Currently Feeling:  | Hey hun, don't want to get your hopes up massively but the first physical symptom I had - and didn't even realise - was not being able to sleep because I was so hot. As my temps stayed high I was blaming it on the disturbed sleep - obviously it wasn't lol.
Maybe, just maybe..... I'll keep my fingers crossed for you xxx |
