Had rather light AFs for a few cycles, then one heavy, crampy one, and then this one... a light and gentle one. Don't know what makes some cycles heavier, some lighter but I agree w/ you... it does feel like the heavy ones are the body clearing out for a fresh start. Really hope this heavy AF leads to a  for you.  |
