Hello there cycle buddy,

I'm with you this time around. Am also on a health kick which I have started a few times over the last couple of cycles but it gets forgotten about when I get stressed, but not this time. I'm an angel when I put my mind to it and we have a new treadmill.

My husband has set up our garage as a gym as we are both into fitness, so there will be no stopping us now.

Am in two minds about temping this month, so might just do it when it suits but I find it a bit stressful. I too had problems getting a positive OPK test until I bought the most sensitive cheapie internet ones that measure 15 mcl and hey presto, I get a positive every cycle now. Highly recommended.

CD2 ... I think! Flow stopped last night (ie: nothing over night) and didn't reappear till late afternoon today I am SO confused ... it was meant to get heavier today and go bright red! Not stay brown and get creamier! Sorry TMI!

So .. I will confess to some frantic Googling about implant bleeding ... but I have ruled that out I just think that for whatever reason my body is faffing about.

In light of that I'm quaffing grapefruit juice (yuck) and trying to find my PMA .. although at the current time it is somewhat lacking.
I just want AF to arrive properly so I feel like the new cycle has started

Hey there, well CD3 in my messed up AF world! Still stupid brown discharge stuff ... more than spotting but not proper 'period blood'
Feeling really flat and down today, spent the day trying to reason with myself that I am NOT pregnant, that this silly non-bleeding period is a real period and not some 'sign'. I wan't to be pregnant, I want to test .. but I know it would be a and I think that would depress me even more!

Hey hun - I had the weird brown discharge stuff when AF was due this cycle - if I hadn't had a bfp already I would have thought AF was arriving. Have u had any fresh flow at all? Not trying to get ur hopes up, but it's worth thinking about
