I'm only doing a measley 3 hour shift tonight for some reason. I should probably go in, and save pulling a sickie for one of my 8 hour shifts! lol.

I'm gonna go off out and walk a bit. Might ease the cramps. I'm calling today CD1, I don't think yesterday really counts.

The has got me BAD. This is the heaviest AF I've had in a long long time. The cramping isn't too bad this morning, so hopefully that'll stay away.
