I'm Currently Feeling: | CD24 today, and me being impatient did a test this morning - obviously. All of that creamy CM I've been having lately got me excited, and I just couldn't wait to test.
Serves me right I guess.
I can feel myself getting dragged into the whole 'TTC obsession' thing again - its very bad!
Anywho, I will still participate in Testathon tomorrow (if its still going ahead?!?). Not that I think I will get a BFP. I'll just do it for the fun of it......... yeah right - I'm not satisfying my POAS addiction at all!!
Maybe I just tested too early. If I had got a BFP today, I would only be 3wks 2 days - thats INSANELY early!!
It worries me that I have short cycles (26-27 days). Is this long enough to actually get pregnant? I think I ovulated on CD12 or CD13, which would give me a lutuel phase of about 12 days - thats normal right??!
Ugh, crazy woman shutting up now. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Another BFN today - what a shock. Totally lost hope that I'll get a BFP this month. AF is due on Tuesday - joy of all joys.
I know I said that I wouldn't chart anymore, but I hate not knowing what's going on with my body. I have no idea how many DPO I am, or if I even ovulated at all. I've kept my promise to my Mum and DH - I haven't charted/used OPK's for 2 months. We did it 'au natural' again, and I still don't have a bloody BFP.
We're approaching the one year mark of TTC, and I'm scared. I know there are a lot of people who have been trying a lot longer than me, but still. I can't help but be concerned.
So I'm going to go back to my way of doing things. At least I'll have some feeling of control and knowledge about what is happening.
Basal body thermometer is back in its pride of place on my bedside table, and my FF account has been re-activated.
Roll on June!!
(unless I miraculously get a BFP this month - ) |

I'm Currently Feeling: | You're still in with a chance hun and your symptoms sound promising!
I know what you mean about the temping - i'm going to do it this next cycle and then my VIP runs out on FF so i'll decide if i'm going to renew or just stick to my CBFM.
Good luck -i'll be watching this space! xx |

| Sorry about the bfn hun.
I completely agree with you about charting/temping though -- I find that it makes me less worried -- if I didn't know where I was in my cycle I would feel very out-of-control I think.
I hope AF stays away though and you get your this month!

I'm Currently Feeling: | The hasn't arrived yet..... she should have come by now. I really hope I don't have another f*cked up cycle like I had a few months ago (where I was about a week late before AF showed up!)
It's all I can think about. Although I haven't been temping properly this month, I've taken my temp the past couple of mornings, and it is always above 98 degrees. When I used to temp, it always went down to the mid 97's when AF was due.
Aaaagh, I don't want to get my hopes up. Surely I would have had a BFP by now if I am pregnant??? Everyone else on this site seems to get their BFP's at about 3DPO (ok that is a slight exageration, its usually about 10-12DPO, but you know what I mean!)
By my reckoning, I should be about 14DPO now, but have had 2 's today.
Please, please, please let this be my month. Pleaseeeeeeeee! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | is one day late now, but still getting .
Maybe I didn't ovulate this month - that could be a reason for the longer cycle??
Either way, its pissing me off now! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Hey chick, just wanted to say thank you for dropping by my journal and wanted to do the same for you. After reading your last posts I was left hanging on for news as you havent updated witch situation!! Got me curious!! Just read your update on another thread though and am glad that you are now armed and prepared for June. Ive never tried Pre seed but am really curious, thatll be next on my list I think if witch turns up at my house this month!
Im the same as you , ive toyed with the idea of not monitoring my cycle etc and going for the more relaxed approach but my cycle is still regulating after coming off the pill last year so without doing that I wouldnt have a clue where I was in my cycle. I reckon whatever makes you happy and comfortable , thats the way to go I think.
So let us know how the pre seed goes when you get chance to use it and fingers crossed for you this cycle xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx |
