Well what a lovely morning it is today! What better way to make us all feel better but a bit of sunshine.
Had really lovely weekend away at my aunt's in London with OH. She paid for my uncle and OH to do some water sports so off we went to a water park near Heathrow and they did some wakeboarding for a few hours on this lake, it was very entertaining , especially as they werent very good at it and spent most of the time in the water as opposed to on their boards like the other people!!! More for my enjoyment thatn theirs , im sure but had a really good day Saturday and it was beautiful weather. Think it was what OH needed, a bit of cheering up and to take his mind off the family crap going on at the mo.

Good job i wasnt oving this weekend just gone mind, after all that physical activity, he was absolutely knackered!!!! Its driving him mad this week though as he has booked in for his sperm test on Wednesday and so hes not allowed to have sex for three days before and you know what its like when your'e NOT allowed something! We've been like a pair of love sick teenagers and he's been like a sex pest, i call him sex pest as his nick name anyway and he find that quite amusing! Its all for our ttc progress though so cant complain, we must abstain!!
Got my smear tomoroow and swabs, dreading it as i dont know whats wrong with me they always seem to have trouble finding my cervix when i have ismears done and i tense up even more then and it makes it worse. Havent had a smear done for about 4/5 years so am glad im getting one at last to make sure everyhting is ok, gp did say that would have nothing to do with fertility though but he said it cant harm to get full MOT don though and hes right. Got my day 21 bloods fri so i need to start using opks this week, always try to use them as late as possible as roughly know my dates anyway and trying to save money and use the few ive got left. Might start testing on wednesday just to make sure i dont miss O, although think its normally day 21-24 i do O . We'll see. Got nothing planned for the weekend, just a taking it easy one me thinks which is what i need so we can get lots of bedding in and have some rest too.
Cant beleve we've got this weather for the rest of the week, cant wait makes me so much happier.
Anyways back in work today and trying to catch up on the journals in the middle of doing my work although to be fair work is very quiet!
Still no news on my house, put an advert to sell mine on adtrader last week and on facebook to so am hoping it will sell soon, think if we can get someone through the door they will hopefully like it but its just getting the viewings. Really want to move to one of the other houses weve seen but just got to hang on and get ours sold first! They had such lovely gardens these new houses and thats what we want for the dog.Fingers and everything else crossed.

How was your smear?
God I hate them with a passion. I had mine done before we started ttc. I hate that metal thing, I alway's give the nurse some stick. "Arghh your killing me, if you open that thing any further my inside's are going to flop out" etc!
Hate, hate ,hate them!
I hope your's wasn't too painful and your cervix wasn't hiding!
Fantastic about the coming blood test too. I see you are very focused and that's brilliant!

Well haven't had chance to come on really this week but im here now.
The smear was fine in the end, never the most pleasurable experience having what felt like humungous robotic clamp stuck up me but it had to be done and the nurse was really nice as i told her when i went in that i hated smears! Said id rathe rhave injections done than have smear and she laughed so she went easy on me. Had to have swabs done but didnt know what they were for until i went and she said one was for chlamydia and one for something else and that i shouldnt be offended but they like to rule everything out in cases of ttc. Would rather know ive got a clean bill of health anyways so get my results back tomorrow for the swabs, the smear will be a month or so.
We did OH's test yesterday morning, oh bless him he was really nervous and dreading it althogether i think but i tld him i'd 'help' him at homes to do it, what he thought i was gonna do i dont know, like lock him in the toilet on his own god knows??! Anyway, got it done and took the sample up to hospital first thing as its all time sensitive and had to be dropped off within an hour of being done to give the most accurate 'mobility' readings they said. He rang for his results yesterday afternoon and everything was normal he was told so think he was really relieved, literally!! LOL!!
Just me to go now, bloods tomorrow and hopefully the swabs will come back ok. Still not had any letter for my ultrasound referral but i guess its only been just over a week. Fingers crossed that hrries up as thats the one im worried about. Not scared of having it done or anything i just have this sneaky suspicion somethings going to show on the ultrasound, im worried is all and just want the all clear. If we do get 'all clears' though its like where do we go from there then?? Good news therell be nothing wrong but are we just meant o keep on trying and hope it happens eventually??? Its been 12 months now. He did say not to lose hope and that more people catch after 18 months than 12 months so let's hope doc was right!
Feeling a bit down today, think im worried about it all and especially now that OH's had the all clear it made me worry its gonna be something wrong with me and think im a bit emotional about all the other stuff going on too at the mo so that doesnt help i guess. Let's hope we get some sunshine back and cheer myself up, hate this rain today just didint want to get out of bed at all!
Took ov test last two mornings, nothing yet so maybe ill get surge tomorrow, ill be relieved to be honest to get surge tomorrow or weekend as am knackered for bedding this week! Not really the attitude required i know but hopefully after the weekend off ill feel a bit better and revitalised. Especially as ill have cleaned the house by then too, im far from being a cleaning fanatic but really puts me in bad mood when the house is all messy and dirty and like it to be nice and clean , or is that me being wierd??

i am so glad that everything went well - i am sure everything will be fine with you chick. for some reason it just takes time for some people.
Is it normal for you to ov so late - i think i am oving now - but normally ov around day 16 - this is day 20 for me!! hopefully get in a bd session or 2 tonight before he jets off for the weekend! got gp tomorrow - so hopefully things will start to look a bit clearer after that!!!
hope you are ok chick - and what is with the rain? we have had bright blue skies here for over a week now! that means we are in for a right downpour- it never stays nice in manchester for too long!!!

As for Oing late - I usually O between CD14/16 and this month it was CD20! God knows what my body was thinking!

Cleaning ... clean and tidy is the way forward! I hate mess!

Hi hun, i can't stand the house being mesy or dirty - i'm nowhere as good as K but i try keep it tidy and clean kitchen nearly everyday!

AS for feeling down, you're tired and you've had a lot going on so you are very good to keep going with so much on your plate!
