As some of you know oxsarahxo sadly lost her baby girl Jessica Charlotte Reay hours after giving birth. We are arranging a star to be named after Jessica and a lantern for her resting place from all of us. We also thought it would be nice to make a contribution to Sarah & Matt so they can use it towards flower arrangements, head stone or resting place arrangements. If you would like to contibute please PM me for details. I'm Currently Feeling: | Oh your af sounds awful.
Am trying to lose weight also, i've lost 3 stone all ready.
shamefully, when i started college, i was getting up at 5.30 having nothing to eat then getting into college and stuffing my face with face, lunch would be a chinese or chippy, more rubbish, and then when i got home at 6.00 i was too tried to make anything (plus on the phone to OH ) i order something to eat. I was so knackered to do any workout.
Eatting on meal a day is very bad for you, in the end your just damaging your body and it doesn't look nice at all, there was a survey that was done, and men love size 12 best over size 8, because she got curves and boobs and a ass also the caveman in side him like women with curves because it shows she can carry children, she's healthy.. I use to be a size 10-12. Am now a size 12. trying to just lose a wee bit more.
I know what you mean about your tummy, my post c-section tummy is awful, the scar is fading but it kinda still tucks over, i think it like this because after the c-section ur tummy goes right down, were as with normal birth, it takes it time, because after ds1, within 2 weeks i had a flat tummy again. I hate hate hate my tummy, i can't even look at it without
Anyway am cycling now, and hoping to do swimming plus i do my wii fit (which is fab!!!!!)
I will lose this weight, i will not stuff my face |

I will lose this weight, i will not stuff my face | Your right it's terrible for your system and yur metabolism slows right down and men don't really like the look of it
But we were under so much pressure from our trainers and coach that I think I did it the semi sensible way, I knew a lot of girls who used to starve themselves and take laxatives and it was really sad to see |

its the same for young girl, they think that its best to look like stick insects when its not.
i remember when i was in school and i use to loads, and nothing went on me i was so slim, people thought i was making myself sick because there was no way i could be like that.
those Celebs make me sick, they come out with stuff, i back to a size 6 after having a baby two weeks ago by eatting healthy blah blah WHICH IS BULLSHIT, sorry but it gets me so mad, cause there new mothers out there who's body is not not back to normal and they read this and feel like crap. Plus all that stuff they say that they eat health but still have rubbish still.its rubbish |

I'm Currently Feeling: | that;s ok guys! I agree with you both. and oh says that he loves me the way i am - always has - even when i was bigger than I am now! But, the thing is - i dont believe him! I do want to be thin - and many years ago i used to live on a muller light yoghurt and some rice for my tea. I was very think - size 6 at one point....but everyone said i looked awful! My dad used to cry when he looked at me and i did make myself ill. The doc threatened to admit me to hospital at one point - and i think that was the kick up the bum i needed. I loved the fact that my stomach was concave - part of me would love to get that motivation back but part of me is frightened to death of getting back to that state.
so...for now it is just eat sensibly and go to the gym. If that doesn't work - surgery here we come! Now....all i need to do is win the lottery!!
AF seems to be tailing off - wtf!! my body is bonkers. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Afternoon Wishing, hope you are feeling a little better, I know when I get a really heavy one (sickness, faint etc) that I always feel better late aft to early evening. Also if I can stomach a meal.
Enjoy TGI's tom, now lets see, starters would have the jack daniels prawns and main would have the veggie burger / veggie fajitas - I always leave there feeling soooo guilty, but lurve it! Even have bought the jack daniels sauce for home!
Have fab weekend (if the witch leaves ya) hun.....x. |
