I'm Currently Feeling: | cd2 temp: 36.68 - WTF!! Morning everyone! not feeling fab today and this is a bit of a TMI situation so please don't read on if you are feeling squirmy!!
af arrived yesterday - no spotting no warning nothing - but then this morning - oh my god! it was actually running down my leg even with a tampon in. Got myself showered and cleaned up and literally 20 minutes later went to the loo and it was everywhere. so heavy i can't tell you. i am changing my tampon every 1/2 an hour!! think i might go home from work early. Cramping is ok - not as bad as it can be - back is aching a little but this is just ridiculous. feel like going home with a hot water bottle and a big block of chocolate!!! |

It's DB's fault | size 8? wow - i haven't been a size 8 since before i had ds. I blame him!!!! i have got the most beautiful armani dress that i got for a friends wedding - i wore it once! it is still in my wardrobe and it is my motivation for losing weight - just so i can wear it at least once again. i can get it on now and zipped up - but it isn't an attractive sight. still trying to tone up myc section belly which is hard going. One of the personal instructors at my gym told me it is possible the muscle will never be the same again! i do lots of sit ups but it doesn't appear to be making any difference. I think i will need a tummy tuck!!!! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Morning hun!
What is it about someone saying "don't read on if you are feeling squirmy" that makes me have to read on
Exact same thing happened to me a couple of months ago. Really weird for me I'm usually fairly light, so light sometimes it's easy to forget the witch is in town at all! Trouble is I usually go to work with just a couple of spares so I had to beg steal and borrow from colleagues until I could get out to the shops Needless to say I now swap to a bigger handbag and carry around a whole box!!
Size 8? I don't think I've ever been an 8 and 10 is a distant memory! I gave up smoking just over 6 years ago and put on 3 stone in about the first 18 months and then it carried on slowly rising. I've managed to lose some of that but I seem to have plateaud at the moment - just girding my loins for the next big weightloss push. |

Whilst I was a size 8 (an 8 used to hang off me) I used to train 6 hours a day everyday and survive off one small meal a day. All that bull that celebs come out with about personal trainers and liquid this diet and atkins that diet...load of rubbish!
I read an article once that Jordan wrote saying that she NEVER eats and when she feels like she's going to pass out, she'll have a chocolate bar or a bag of crisps at least she's honest! |

You see i like my food too much for that! I go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week for 1 hour - do step aerobics and weight training cross trainer stuff like that and I eat healthily - but i also treat myself to the odd curry or chinese when I want one!!! going to TGI Fridays tomorrow so will eat my own body weight in fajitas!!!!!!!!!! I don't want to look ill skinny - just to be toned again would be fabulous!! IN clothes i dont look too bad (compared to when i had just had the kids i look ace! notbeing headed but i was sooo large!) but without it is just plain old hideous!!! having said all that i wouldn't change anything - i had healthy pregnancies, put on a healthy amount of weight (a friend of mine has only put 1 stone on and she is nearly due because she is so paranoid about putting weight on) and i just have to work harder now to get it off! although 18 months later it is getting harder to blame it on baby belly!! think it is more like curry/chinese/rose wine belly!!!!!!
Did you really have just 1 meal a day - did you not feel ill? I have tried to only have 1 meal a day - but i didn't lose weight! I can go all day til tea time - do it quite often when i simply don't have time to eat- but i never lose any weight doing it that way!! sticking to weight watchers helps - but then i don't count liquids or stuff on a stick -so i always end up hitting a wall!! |

| Yes, I had just one main mean a day! Usually liver with loads of veg, or salmon filet or chicken breast - something with lots of good stuff in (liver's fab for you and I love it - lot's of people hate it though but lets face it, when your that hungry you'll eat anything )
I did used to eat 3 or 4 pieces of fruit throughout the day as well which fills you up! And I remember at one point whilst I was competing, I used to carry a huge tuppaware box round full of lettuace, cucumber, cherry tomatoes and sweetcorn and whenever I got hungary (which was all the time) I used to just eat that!
When your training all the day though your not hungry, if you notice whist your at the gym your not hungry, afterwards or before maybe
I just haven't got the willpower for all that anymore! I think your body will naturally go to the shape it's ment to be and that's that. If you take regular exercise and eat good then you'll still look nice
My DB actually loves curves to death! He calls me 'jucy' when I'm having a fat day and can't keep his hands off me I think most men think like that, and there us worrying about being slim |
