| Good to hear you so positive! My man also takes zinc tablets & eats nuts like crazy (naturally high in zinc). I hope it's done his spermies some good this month!

Well done for not testing. I bought some tests last month, used one and I can't remember where I hid the others!  Hopefully I'll remember by the time I might need them in a little more than 2 weeks time!
Tingly tongue? Now that is weird. Can't help you there at all I'm afraid.
What's the zinc for?  |

zinc is supposed to help with quality of sperm - i think! I am sure taht's right! i had oh on it before and am making him take it again now! it is a natural guide to infertility thing that i read ages ago! worked for me with ds - fingers crossed for this time!! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | cd1 TEMP; 36.15
Morning guys. AF arrived this morning - no warnings whatsoever. Woke up thinking maybe she would've arrived in the night - she normally does. But when i went to the loo and wiped - there she was.
So brand new cycle - temp is 36.1. Not cramping atall - so i guess i have got that to look forward to!! so roll on 2 weeks time! Going to get some OPK's and i have the thermometre so temping will be done at 7am every morning!!
going to get my BFP this month for sure - and a sticky one at that!!
Thought i would ov on my wedding anniversary - but i think if i ov on cd16 that will be the weekend before - we are at a wedding that weekend so hopefully we will catch that egg!!!
YIPPEEE!! Come on august
