Temps around the same again this morning...d'oh

no positives on any opks and no signs of ewcm either

Hoping that my AF does come at the normal 28 days so i can start a new cycle and see ovulation PLEASE

I had a letter from the hospital today, i have an appointment at the infertility clinic on August 27th to do more tests if i'm not pregnant by then - fingers crossed i am

I gave up smoking completely and havent even had a little fag or anything for a week and 1 day now....hoping this might help me get a BFP

well done not smoking hun, i hope your cycles do return to normal for you. I have heard a lot of ladies on here say that after having a LAP they got their BFP's so im really really hoping the same is the case for you mate.

yep i think i would be more positive if i knew i was ovulating but i dont think i am....might be that f**king pill still in my system or something but its annoying as the LAP will only help if theres an eggie around to find....

havent had sore nipples this cycle either which i normally have from middle to end of cycle which i normally thought was from ovulation to AF

trying not to stress as i know that wont help...

what time have u been doing the OPKs??

cos - to be fair, i dont get hardly any EWCM. and would have missed my positive OPK if it wasnt for the fact that at 10pm on last sat night, i thought what the hell, im gonna try one now.... if i hadnt of done that, i would never have seen a pos this month at all.

also. just found out from Yaya today, carrot juice helped her get loads of EWCM (EPO did not help her much at all).....

thanks hun....i dont have a chance to do them much in the evening as i always forget but i know from my temps i havent ovulated yet this cycle as they have been the same temps for a while now and not any higher to show ovulation

I'll try another opk tonight and see if anything comes up

Really? i have been taking EPO this month but i suppose with the op and everything its been a hard month to track anything anyway
i might try carrot juice next month too then, sounds disgusting though lol xx

Yeah i know!! the thought of it makes me wanna be sick.... but u know what, if it helps, i might have to try it...

I shouldnt even bother testing this sun chick, its gonna be cos im too early but its just a bit of fun.

I have so many brands (bought quite a few HPTs lately off ebay and stuff!! what a geek) might use my First Response which CLAIMS to be able to pick up a BFP 6 days before AF due.

Try an OPK late tonight, (if u remember ) just to see.... u never know hun

Havent done anymore OPKs as i have given up this cycle.... just hoping to see AF next weekend now and on to a new cycle!!

gonna start on a healthier eating plan tomorrow and i'm still not smoking at all so i'm really pleased and hope i can keep it up!!

and Good Idea for the healthy eating... i think i should do that soon... but at the moment i have a thing for fridge-cold Mars Bar's with a cup of Tea - so maybe when this phase is over, i will start

hope AF shows up soon mate, so u can crack on with a brand new cycle.

OH has told me today he dont wanna try at the moment (full details are in my Journal).... he said we need a break from TTC, but hasnt told me how long this 'break' is gonna be for.... hope he wont want me to go back on the pill, cos it takes forever to come out your system, im sure it does!!!!
