I got a HIGH today on my monitor!!!! yay....havent seen any of that EWCM this month yet though so hoping thats on it way to help the little guys!!!

I have my appointment tomorrow at the Fertility clinic, very nervous....can anyone give me some advice if they've been before please

Hope you see some EWCM soon, I recommend grapefruit juice, if you can stomach it, it really does work wonders!

Glad you had a good weekend chick - and yay for the HIGH on your cbfm!!
I went for my fertility appointment (just before i ov'd this month) - the specialist was lovely. He just asked me questions about my history and then said he was going to put me on clomid just to try and regulate my ovulation. Try and relax chick - it made me feel as if i was back in control again in a wierd way - i was the same when i had my appointment through the first time we were trying! Try and think of loads of questions for him hun - and let him know that you know what you are talking about with regards to your own body because of temping etc. good luck hun - will be thinking about you.

HA HA jacky i've missed you too!!!!

My OH's SA results came back too and he's fine....getting th exact results later on but even after he took them in 1 hr after and didnt keep them warm or anything like that it still came back fine the doc said so thats one thing less to worry about it seems

yep we arent gonna tonight as we had it so much on hols....gonna tomorrow instead as i got a high today we cant leave it too long

I would drink one glass a day, about 200ml cos i'm the same I actually like the taste of grapefruit and its so refreshing in the morning. It didn't work straight away for me but then I think the point is it just increases the amount you naturally have so if it is OV time and you have EWCM somewhere in you the grapefruit should increase the amount you produce.....I think!!



P.S. did you get any other pics while you were away or are they all just sammy for your private collection!
