Morning cycle buddie

I can't drink like I used to (I sound like my mum ) but seriously, I used to be able to knock em back like there was no tomorrow but now I always end up

I'm Currently Feeling: 


Feeling a bit better now. I am very proud of myself as i got up off my lazy butt and did some gardening. I came across beatles, different sized spiders, slug, poo and other gross stuff - but i did it! That was just the little garden at the front. THe garden at the back is another matter, apart from the lawn, when we moved in there were only a few plants and it remains that way - so it's just a question of digging up all the weeds then start planting and maintaining. I really want to get into this but i am such a whimp, insect wise. My mum is over at the end of the week so she will help me

I have added a weight loss ticker (not sure if it counts down automatically or if i have to alter it?) As i am really unhappy about the few pounds that have crept on due to my lack of exercise.

Good for you for getting some gardening done. I love spending time in the garden myself -- helps to work the body out as well!

Are you going on a special diet or just trying to be sensible & get in lots of exercise?

I'm Currently Feeling: 


I don't eat rubbish or overeat anyway - it's the lack of exercise, i've been doing nothing since moving here last September. I'm hoping that when i start my part-time job i will be able to go swimming on my days off and to yoga with my mum when i stay at hers (my new job is near her house). It's good to have someone to do stuff with for motivation. I know that once i start going to different things and get into it, i'll be really good.

I'm trying to change in little ways, this week:
I've started cooking meat dishes for OH and veggie option for me and freezing some meals ready. Just a start.
Today i started gardening. Just weeding and tidying.

I keep threatening to cook up healthy meals at the weekend, freeze them and then eat them during the week but come the weekend something always seems to get in the way. Well done though hon, it's just getting started that's always the hardest part for me xxx

Oh yes, keep up the good work. Nothing like exercise for lifting the spirits. And if you lift too many spirits, you won't feel like exercising.

Doesn't jiggy jiggy burn off calories?

Tish you're right - our first month TTC i felt great - so happy and i'm sure i'd lost weight from all out 'activity'. Wishings advice to do it 'doggy' might be coming into play as it reminds me to pull in my stomach
Just waiting for my Ann Summers stuff to arrive so i can go wild. I already have some stuff but i want the new stuff. xx
