I'm Currently Feeling: | Still horrible brown spotting - 4 days now! I presume that full flow will be tomorrow which will give me a 29day cycle. Had slight cramps earlier today but nothing now. It is so bloody annoying! I can't BD (too gross) and i can't go swimming in the inbetween stage!
Good news is that it's my last day at work tomorrow |

I'm Currently Feeling:  | I feel for you Tansey! I know what this is like - it's utterly shit to have spotting for half a week before af and there's nothing you can do about it (except rant and rave of course!!!) Have you considered upping your dose of B6 or were you maxing it out anyway? |
