Im with you..i find it really difficult as well..and i think its TOTALLY normal. In fact, i dont feel bad about it at all.. i feel im entitled to feel any way i want about stuff like that because I want a baby

Anyway, when i saw your edd..i did one too...im so silly, lol! My edd is 28th March, hey chick..that would be fun, eh?

Can't stop thinking about it. I just feel i am last for everything.
I would like to be the first for something. I want to feel special just once!
I always have to wait and be patient to get what i want while all around me everyone gets it.
omg probably be the first to not have kids! Or maybe i'm the first to have a MC - NOT something you want! Sorry getting really morose.

OH wants to make a baby tonight, so i'm trying to cheer up and get into the right frame of mind.

NeyNey being late has helped, can't wait for her to test!

If it makes you feel any better about edd, I looked mine up at the start of the cycle and it's 16 March!!!

Watched 'Maybe Baby' last night - it's not as good as the book, in fact nowhere near.
Didn't BD as i wasn't in the mood Think he was going to try this morning but i was awake at 530 and by 630 i had massive hunger pains so i've left him in bed but i might go back and read. He hasn't mentioned the twin thing which is odd as i texted him and told him and he knew i was down last night? He's the one always telling me to talk about these things?

Anyway, after school i went into town and got his present off my mum that you can't get anywhere - pure fluke! Also got him a cake and face creams, body lotion and a top for me Had to cheer myself up. Also going to get hair done this morning ready for BILs wedding a week today.

Forgot to say that im getting new car on Monday as it was delayed

Hi Tansey. I saw Maybe Baby last weekend, thought it was good but not amazing really. One of my friends had been to see if and thought it was brilliant so I think it was a bit hyped up for me....

I'm not sure how your OH operates but with my DH, if he knows talking about something is going to really upset me he'd prefer to skirt around the issue and be nice to me rather than actually address it. Down is easier to see on your girlfriend than upset..... Just taking a guess, I know what my DH is like, he doesn't like to see me upset and doesn't want to feel like he contributed to it.

I go to the hairdressers to cheer myself up and my 20 years old hair dresser is 19weeks pregnant! I haven't been for a while and she was 13 weeks when she found out - she was on the minipill so had no idea apart from raging thirst!

No BD last night or this morning, both my fault although OH did ask me after lunch if i wanted sex which was hardly the thing on my mind after seeing hairdresser. Do not feel sexy or in good enough mood.

We are going to the cinema with my mum (gotta cheer her up too!) to see Sex in the City (hardly appropriate with OH and mum!) but got popcorn and sweets, so i am looking forward to that.

I don't have to be in a mood but it is my way of expressing that something is wrong and until we talk about it i can't snap out of it. Can't stop thinking about things.

I finally figured out what PMA stands for now that Ive read the last coupla posts in your journal...
Oh Tansey I hope you can put your mind at rest!! Its nearly time to make a LO of your own, you need to surround yourself with positive energy!! Im trying too... Yesterday we were at a couples place for dinner, they have THREE kids, 2months, 2 and 4... all JOYS absolutely: and my DH spent the ENTIRE evening cooing and cuddling over the 2 month old!!! it was sooooooooo sweet, I couldnt stop watching him... He's really ready, Im so thrilled. But then, he didn't want to bd when we got home... I got a bit stroppy but held myself back and low and behold, this morning
My dad always said, there will always be people who are better off than you and people who are worse off than you... I try to remember that when I feel like you're feeling now... It helps sometimes...
anyway, thinking of you. Its hen night time soon for me!

Aw, chicken..you're having a touch of the blues..well, i think cheering oneself up is the way to go!

Whatever you do, dont feel guilty about anything you feel or do...what you're describing is something i've gone through, heck, feel sometimes on a weekly basis..and ive thought things in my own mind i would not repeat to anyone but oh cause albeit true other people would think i was pure evil- which im not honest!!
It just the unusal situation of getting ones face rubbed in it all the time. I what other situation do you face that on a daily basis? In a sense its a bit cruel- think about it..you want baby- everywhere you look there's babies or pg women!! No wonder we feel down about it at times..hell, i think we're doing a super-human job at it at times, i honestly do.

And i dont think for a second that you will be the odd one out. Thats the blues talking and you probably know this better than me..this too will pass.... think of this as a re-charging your batteries..and it'll happen for you as it happens for many, many other women. Us included!!!

I sometimes even ask oh if he ever worries that we wont ever have kids, and may i add i value his opinion, cause although a man he's very level headed and sensible, and he says he doesnt. At all. It'll happen, he knows, he says. Its good to hear when i feel like me and my raisin eggs are old, old, old, lol!

Chin up, sweetie! Have a lovely friday, enjoy the film and always remember you are on this journey together because of your love for eachother!
