CD20/5DPO!!
Slept terrible again and couldn't sleep in, hence the open circle on my chart for taking it early BUT i'm not tired. Was dreaming (can't remember what) and loads of things going through my head. Getting the summer quilt out today though as it is getting very humid at night now. So I finally got my coverline and OV day confirmed and my 1st week of waiting is nearly up
I am getting so excited this month - unfortunately i'm in that 'why wouldn't i be pg - there's nothing wrong with me or OH, we've done it before (but this one will stick). The last few months were just my cycle sorting itself out!'
Which I know is all PMA but could also lead to a big come down if shows in 9 days!

Although i will be gutted - i have to think of other positives as well such as i may have a new job or a better position where i am now. Also might get my pussy or puppy. Will defo make wedding plans if get have to tempt fate big time! Also i've got to get a dress for BIL wedding on 5th July and i've seen a few quite dear ones that i like and can use for my aunties wedding in September but obviously can't if pg - might go buy one next week and start temting fate. How about these ones:
See if i got a this month i bet i get loads of bloating and my boobs will defo be too big by july to fit back into it! Aand there'd be no hope for September!

Aanyway, OH is going to finish the gardening i made him start yesterday and hopefully i'll go get a hanging basket and some pots to decorate the outside of my front door - the neighbours are putting us to shame!

Morning Tansey, am trying to catch up on all the journals but have just had a quick read, ooh and by the way those dresses are lovely chick! I say go for it, tempt fate and buy one and then if you get a bfp im guessing the last thing youll be cross about will be being preg and not fitting into your dress , am i right Tansey??? Go girl!
Glad you have def ov'd and keeping my fingers crossed for you now, and im very impressed with your gardening efforts, you dont fancy doing mine do you??

I like the second and third one a lot. Don't much care for the first one but with your complexion and hair you can pull it off.

And look at your temp going through the roof. I know what you'll think next, you'll want it to drop tomorrow or the day after to show implantation but I looked at many many charts that have no such dip and yet they were pregancies.

When are we testing? You, Tishi and I should test the exact same day, the exact same minute and post the results together

OMG i have 2 mega spots under my skin (so like big lumps) either side of my chin - i'm starting to look like someone out of The Godfather "ARE YOU TALKIN' TO ME?" in fact i am as angry as one of them. Have been so irritable lately and i don't really get spots, if i do it would be one just before AF! I am not going to work if they get any worse!

Spent ages yesterday (was bit bored) 'researching' 2ww symptoms
So if i could just get a sniffly nose, get extra tired and back ache - i'd say i'm in with a chance!
I am bloated down there and feel a bit tender but that will just be my lining getting ready to either depart or hang around - yay (i'm still convincing myself that i am!).

Alex - not really sure when to test, I am really going to try hard to wait until i am late, when are you and Tish going to?

Hi Tansey,

I'm thinking of testing at 13DPO which will be Sunday 18 May in the morning. I usually set my alarm clock to 0610 hrs to take my temperature, even at weekends this cycle as I haven't managed to temp this way yet and am working day shifts for the best part of this month. Think I might be temped to get up at this time and test, but only if I have symptoms if I'm honest. I don't fancy the disappointment but I'll will see how I feel.

When do you plan testing?
