I'm Currently Feeling:  | Oh your poor DF! I heard that thing about sex in early stages too but as you say, I think it's only if you have a high risk pregnancy. Poor guy though. If it keeps him sane for the next week though then fair enough! I've been told I'm allowed sex right until the baby starts to move and then I'm going to be cut off!!  |

I'm Currently Feeling:  | Oh honey, big hugs for you and your DF, bless him for his concern
Men can be so weird at times, my DF wouldn't have sex towards the end of the last cycle for exactly that reason, I had so many symptoms etc and he got really excited/concerned. He's such a bright guy and yet nothing I could say would reassure him 
Give your DF a big hug and point out the 'sex is safe' paragraph, it worked for my DF.

I'm Currently Feeling:  | Oh Tansey! Sorry to hear that your DB blames himself for your m/c - that's sad  Why do men keep things to themselves and let them fester till they become irrational?! I'm sure he'll be ok with lots of hugs and reassurance from his lovely fiance!
I suppose really we are just the same though aren't we, in the sense that we take every little snippet of info related to ttc and apply it to our own situation, even if the chances of it actually being truly applicable are slim, or there isn't much evidence for something being true! I know I have done silly acrobatics, not done silly acrobatics, taken medicines, eaten fertility foods, avoided foods, drunk things, not drunk things, ... etc just like most women who are ttc. The difference is we expect our menfolk to be cool calm collected and rational all the time- but why, when we're not?!
I'm sure he'll be ok - just humour him - if he won't have  , open up your toy cupboard and find something else to do

Bless OH, you can completly understand though, I've heard that too but I think it is for recurrent m/c or weak cervix's. (when sometimes they need a stitch, thats pro not very pc but know what I mean).
Best of luck for you again, and hope to be seeing you in  announcements in hmm, five days at 13 dpo! Or 14 lol if ya not keen on number 13.
