A new development. We are having this as the last cycle of Hard-Core TTC. After this if we do not have out BFP we are just going to be spontaneous. OH feels that sex is no longer intimate enough and that it is just "the next thing to do" I understand but I am hurt. I feel it is going to be a set back but I treasure my relationship and do not want to stress him out. I just long to be pregnant. I hope it happens soon. I will still be on the forums but I will only be tracking when my next period is supposed to start.

We did conceive our angel boy without trying. It can happen for us. I hope to talk to you soon, but I may need a day or two to get my thoughts together.

for you Nic! My DH was feeling the same way and it is hard to remember sometimes that they like to have spontaneous sex and feel adored and such....

Well We have another development. Jeff's brother is moving out next month so we are going to try some new tactics before we commit to taking a TTC break. I have a spanking new basal thermometer and some OPKs....we will see if that helps anything.

I would appreciate any advice any of you have on either OPKs or BBT. Thanks!

Hmm...advice.

OPKs = basically the normal, don't use FMU, take at same time each day. Wait the full length of time before checkign (most say 5 mins) - and don't stress about them too much

BBT - same thing, check it same time each morning, don't get out of bed before you take it, also make sure you get around 4 hours sleep before you take it. (so no getting in at 4am and temping at 5am Missy

I am a complete dork...I had trouble sleeping last night because I was wondering If I would remember to temp. I woke up with an urgent need to pee and barely laid there long enough for the thermometer to sound before I took off like a mad man to the restroom. 97.30 f. My friend said it sounds right, that i probably didn't effect it with the urgent pee issue.

Yes it is relieving my stress to have my whole house to myself while OH is at work...bring on the bubble baths and soft music...we are going to BD like never before!
