Good on you for trying the eggwhite -- I've heard a lot of women swear by it and have gotten a after trying it! I was contemplating it myself at one point, but I don't think OH is keen at all lol!! I'm gonna be stalking yr journal to see how it goes.

I just figured..what the heck..you know! Dont worry im not gonna crack an egg over his johnson or anything

Im just gonna use it as a lubricant thats all..a little extra help for those olympic swimmers (yes, they swim a very, very long way, dont you know, lol)

Still no sex..damn..OH is working in studio every night except tomorrow, but he's off most of next week..thats not counting his day job of course. I tell you, if it wasnt for him working so hard i bet id be pregnant 7 times over, ha, ha! This is why i always feel funny about the question 'how long have you been ttc' as frankly a few months have been total duds and as such we havent really tried that long, and of course i was pg and mc in between. And that of course can be read as a good thing..phew!

Anyway, judging by my shortest cycle (thanks Agnus Castus!) i should be rearing to go as of thursday June 5th..better get in there as the magic herb seems to have inched things a bit closer that before..wayhey!!

I range between a feeling of being convinced of victory and acceptance if it doesnt.. I think its better this way as ive yet to cry at my af.. and i dont wanna go there. Feel crazy enough as it is, you know, Monkeys!

Im back!!!

Anyway, God help me, where do i start, and no, its nothing exiting so dont think its like 'oooh!'. Its not

I'll start from the beginning shall i? For the last 2 months ive been using the agnus castus. What i thought was a fluke last month, and blamed on dodgy cbfm sticks, has happened again!!! I will preface this by saying the machine is great as i had a shortened cycle of 29 days versus an average on 31, so the cbfm asked for its first stick a day early on cd 8. low- normal. On cd 9 it did the same thing it did last month and went straight to peak!!!!! ARGH!"!!!%$T%RTYYT&&

I was so gutted on sunday i spent a good half of the day trying to hold back tears and deciding on what to do.... Finally, i did what i do best, dusted myself off and laid a new plan- the show must go on, lol!!

The funny thing is i had ewcm on the forecasted 'normal' days i ov'd last month and today i had it as well. However, nothing on the cbfm peak days. So, my plan so far has been to forge on and act as nothing has happened and bd every other day anyway!! That way maybe im in with a slim chance after all.

So, the eggwhite, ladies!! I deciced its better to just add it up the hoohaa as its dries quickly and makes your hands sticky otherwise (this IS self-explanatory, i hope), which is annoying, no? So i got a tiny! spoon..this is a bit embarassing, but it works and no leakage.. as i did it the loo, lol! It feels totally normal and i cannot say anything bad about it and none of us have not noticed anything different, thank God..can you imagine if it made things smell like scrambled eggs or similar, lol!!

So all is well on that front. Strange thing is this. When i was pg and went for my first scan (where consequently everything went horribly wrong) i had a dream that night that i went for the scan and on the screen i saw first a frog hop across the screen and then a white little box jumping across it, but no baby and the nurse said she cannot see the baby. Subsequently i found out on the scan the next day the baby had died.

the interesting thing is that i had a dream last night that i went to my gp as i was pg and got a scan and everything was great, and the doctor saying the baby and me looked in great condition and really strong etc..

Lets hope im dreaming true this time as well, eh!?

Im so chuffed by the way that Nic is pregnant- way to go bunny!!!!

Hiya,

just catching up with things, when i can and oh isnt hogging the pc for work, lol!

Anyway, feel really, really positive..and again, i shall not despair if this is not the month-- however, i still have fingers crossed!! Lol!!


Had a lovely eve last night, went to a work thing at oh's work..it was more a 'show your face thing' as its usually hated by most people in his dep at college.. so we had a few drinks and ended up in the pub. Oh's friend, who he also works with is ttc with his fiance as well, and she mc a month before me, while doing ivf. I rarely get to speak to her as she snowed under at work at the mo. But once in the house we snuggled up on sofa while the boys were in the kicthen....guys dont wanna know the intricacies of the ttc process, do they, really? lol!!

Anyway, she's doing great and has decided to try again over the summer hols (she's a teacher). Great news as i really want us to be pg together and so do our oh's They've got 6 embryo's so best of luck to them!!

it was good to chat as you dont often get the details and someone who knows what ttc can be like, you know?!

So..im gonna keep at it and then just wait and see... 'wait'. when did that become such a dirty word? lol!!
